The Avalón Villa is next door to Bellâ Casa ~ both are newly acquired and join our CutAboveCabins family. The Avalón Villa has 4 Bedrooms + sleeping areas + 3 bathrooms. The Great Room with gas fireplace opens up to the dining room and fully appointed kitchen with a dishwasher and 2 refrigerators. Three levels offer privacy and allow for groups to engage in multiple activities as well as conversations. Accommodates up to 10 guests in beds - Max 6 Adults for a maximum of 10 is at least 4 are children under 12. Large Deck. Gas Grill. HOT TUB. No extra charge for Kayaks/Canoes/mountain bikes. Bring your own gear. Swimming area. Fish right off the dock. Rent or bring your own boat. Large green space on the lake. Fire Pit and picnic tables. Game Room. 2,000 sq. ft. In a residential area on Lake Logan. Private. Not secluded.

Pricing Explained: Avalon Villa accommodates up to 10 guests. The base rate covers 4 guests, with each additional guest costing $33 per person, per night. This pricing structure ensures fairness for smaller groups. Children 6 months and under do not count toward the guest total.

The name and ages of all guests are required on our rental agreement. You may update your guest count prior to check-in, and please make sure it is accurate. The guest count will be verified by staff and we don't want a problem after you have checked in. Please read our rental agreement and understand the penalties.

We have kayaks, canoes, and mountain bikes that you may use.

Christmas is a special season to celebrate with family. We decorate with Christmas trees, Christmas bedspreads, centerpieces, Christmas dishes, and many other small touches that make the cabin totally about Christmas. Jesus is the Reason for the Season. Decorations are up from Thanksgiving through mid-January. Book your Family gatherings here in the Hocking Hills and at the Summit for a memory that will last a lifetime. Or make it a tradition! We welcome family gatherings and mature groups of friends seeking quiet enjoyment of the beauty the Hocking Hills offers. (If you are looking for a place to have a party, please don't book with us.)

Great getaway

The house was just as advertised! It was a perfect getaway for 2 families to enjoy. Everything was super clean and the kids loved the kayaks. I honestly can’t say one negative thing about this house!

Relaxing girls getaway

This home has the perfect setting for a quiet getaway. The landscaping was beautiful and the lake is amazing. You could sit on the back deck for hours looking at the wildlife (baby deer) or listening to the birds, the sunset, or the tranquil lake. The Kayaks were a big plus. The home itself was decorated to perfection. Every bed, even the twin size, was comfortable. There were plenty of towels and no need to run to the store for paper towels, toilet paper or garbage bags. The home was stocked with plenty of these supplies. My group of sisters, daughters, nieces, granddaughter and cousin will definitely be returning.

Great location

The house was great. The location was perfect right on Lake Logan. It was nice to have kayaks available so we didn’t have to bring our own. The only con, and if I could I would take a1/2 star off, was that the house accommodates 10 people , but for meals, the seating was only for 6, either inside or outside. The weather was great so we ate on the deck. But to get the 9 of us around the table, we had to squeeze other heavy deck chairs around. Luckily, we brought a 2 seater camp chair we used. There were a lot of rules, but I guess that’s necessary to ensure the property isn’t damaged. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

Leisure in Logan

This home was perfect for our annual family getaway. The property was absolutely lovely with the lake and kayaks available. The adults loved the jacuzzi while the layout had the perfect sleeping area for our grandchildren . And if the home, amenities and setting wasn’t enough the hiking in Hocking Hills was awesome!

Cozy cabin on Lake Logan

We greatly enjoyed the trails, caves and exploring Hocking Hills. It was a fun Thanksgiving family getaway and we loved our time together playing games and telling stories around the fire at Lake Logan.

Beautiful Lake Home for Fall friends Get a WY

This is a gorgeous home on Lake Logan. We stayed 3 nights with friends and had a wonderful time. This home is close to all the Hocking Hills hiking areas, and has kayaks , canoes and bicycles for use (included). The home is well stocked with 2 refrigerators in the kitchen as well as utensils/pots, all linens and even a hot tub. It is very comfortable and spacious. Would definitely stay again

Perfect lakeside house

Awesome location. Minutes drive from Hocking Hill State Park and all its associated attractions. Close to a Walmart superstore to purchase groceries an incidentals, Having the kayaks was wonderful. Fun fishing off the back yard and just a lovely view. After miles of hiking the hot tub was a blessing Very comfortable for 3 couples.

Girls Getaway at Avalon Villa

The four of us stayed at Avalon Villa for a girls getaway. The home was perfect for our needs and the lakefront setting is lovely. The beds were comfy, the linens were luxurious and we enjoyed the pristine hot tub. It had everything we needed for an enjoyable time together.

Avalon Villa

Property was very nice. Large deck that looked out on Lake Logan. The setting and surrounding property was lovely, peaceful and quiet. Kayaks and bikes were available, although not a good area for bike riding. The house was very nice and up-to-date. We thought it was pricey but we were glad we stayed there.
