Welcome to Villa Anavil, your luxurious retreat in the heart of the Athenian Riviera. This stunning villa spans two floors and offers everything you need for an unforgettable stay.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a cozy living room with a comfortable sofa, a 6-seat dining table, a fireplace, and a smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes a 4-seat dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, and a variety of coffee machines. Enjoy your meals in the elegant dining area or on the balcony, and unwind on the spacious patio, complete with a 6-seat dining table.

The first floor features three bedrooms with double beds and balconies. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, while the other two share an external bathroom/laundry room equipped with a washer. Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning for your comfort.

Villa Anavil is perfectly situated just 700 m from Varkiza Beach, 5 km from the luxurious Astir Beach, and 6 km from the natural thermal waters of Lake Vouliagmeni. Beautiful property. Excellent location - beautiful water at VARKIZA Resort and many shops are within a 10 minute walking distance. Would stay at the property again!
