The suite features a queen-size bed, a newly renovated bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, and coffee maker—everything you need for a short stay. While not a full kitchen, it's perfect for quick meals or snacks.

Whether you're visiting for a UGA game, a weekend getaway, or a business trip, this location offers both convenience and comfort in the heart of Athens.

Please note: This is a basement unit with a long-term tenant on the main level, and driveway parking is shared. There is no access to the basement from the main level, it is separate and has its own private entrance.
