Surrounding area seemed a little unsafe and definitely took closer to 45 min from airport but property and view was spectacular!!!!!

Just not very easy to communicate. Not too easy to arrange to drop off the luggage earlier than the time to check in. Thank you for allowing us to check in early. The gentleman at the front desk, Jason, was really nice and very polite. Good help, really needed it.

No answer to emails & phone calls on how to work cooktop. Photo description is not clear. Day 1 I had cleaner show use of shower & another staff who happened to step out of lift, how to turn on cooktop & where switch for hot water was. Amazing how small toilet area is when apartment is roomy.

Apartment complex with no elevator working

First day had to argue to get codes to two apartments. I have booked and paid but the lady didn’t believe me. Had to sent pictures of booking and payment. Two apartments in 5th floor most of days elevator didn’t work. Had to go up and down the stairs which are small and dark

Do not stay at this property! First, the business did not communicate to us the access codes. Second, the place was in an unsafe part of Athens. Third, the place had not been cleaned. Fourth, there were bugs and roaches crawling around. The bathroom was not cleaned and found old used towels from previous guests. The kitchen sink had old food coming up from the pipes when water was on. The cleaning that they did do was to sweep up all the old food and trash under the sofa. The place could have been nice but the owners have neglected in updates to the bed and rooftop area. We vacated the place at 2:00 A.M and had to find another hotel. Could not get a refund from the owners even after explaining to them all these items. Again please do not stay at this location!

We really enjoyed our first trip as a family in this accommodation. Our 5-month old was happy to have a small kitchen and we loved the view from the bed and balcony of the acropolis! Communication was great and even the late check-out was made possible by the owner! Thank you for everything! Great price, great service!

Very nice place, and excellent value for money. Self check-in was easy, highly recommended during these times. Apartment was large, and minimalistic. Very clean, and modern looking. Bedroom was large, and bathroom functional and nicely fit out. My bed was unfortunately not comfortable, but everyone is different, as I'm sure are the beds in each room. Note there is no washing machine or microwave (didn't miss it), and just enough utensils/crockery. Large fridge, and a couple of complimentary large bottles of water. Aircon/heater in living room and bedroom. Fairly large sofa, and average size TV. Lift in the building, servicing a few apartments per floor, made you feel safe. Communication with the hosts/staff was super easy, responsive, and friendly. Michaela was always available (thank you). Well located, within walking distance of key Athens sights. Grocery store within 100m of the apartment block. 15-20 min walk to Filopappou Hill, another 10 to the Acropolis (although the latter was closed Jan 2021, thanks to covid). Nice coffee shop / eatery at the end of the street (Mikels), a decent hot dog stand 100m from that (nothing was open except that stall, however I went back) All in all I enjoyed my stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

The property was new and well-maintained. The location was also good for what we needed. A few things made it difficult for a family (noise from the lobby area, noise at night from other guests in their hot tubs). Great for the price though and the front desk staff was always very helpful.
