Hotel ripped me off. Refused to refund my hotel money that was canceled due to COVID 19. No fault of my own. no way to get to hotel when everything was canceled. All airlines where not flying. would have had to swim to get to Greece. Have emailed and get no response. say they have a no refund policy. Everyone one else that I used for this trip had a no refund policy a yet all of them refunded my money due to this being a pandemic and not my fault for not showing up. Avoid this hotel which is full of crooks. No honor at all. Also think Expedia ripped my off. this is one of their preferred hotels but they also refused to help get my money back. I saved a long time for this trip only to be ripped off by this hotel and Expedia. You would think a gold member would get better service. I spend a lot of money with them only to get ripped off. Will have to find a new travel site to use and also this is not a 5* hotel when they don't have the courtesy to refund your money due to this pandemic. want to give me a 12 month voucher. It's 8 months into this voucher and no end in site. Crooks who refuse to respond to my emails requesting a refund my money. All other hotels I booked in Greece had no problem refunding my money even though they had a no refund policy. No this place. Got to keep my money knowing I'll never get to us this credit. Really disappointing that they did this to me. Took a lot of money from me. Really sad service. Avoid this place. No customer service and no honor.
