Modern cozy comfortable hotel

Modern cozy hotel, very convenient location not too centered but still close enough to it. Perfect service, good breakfast, the host explaining everything we needed to know and very servicial, she offered us breakfast to take out because we had to leave early before breakfast time, very kind of her, the hotel was always clean and bed is comfortable. I recommend PI hotel.

This hotel is conveniently located next to the Olympic Stadium in Athens, and its central location is a major advantage. The staff are very responsive and helpful, though the property itself is showing its age and could use some updates. The rooms were somewhat dusty, particularly under the beds, and the elevator and stairwell corners would benefit from a more thorough cleaning. Overall, however, it was a pleasant stay.

Residential area - easy walk to many attractions

Small hotel with modernised rooms. Adequate breakfast. Plenty of bars close by but not many restaurants. Good for short stays.

Very hospitable and especially wonderful hosts! Centrally located, large studio, elevator directly to the room, very safe and quiet. Breakfast hours were extended only for us, and we could use the facilities even after noon checkout time so we got to do more sightseeing before returning to the hotel for a quick refresher and take out lunch and then heading out to the airport. Transport from port and to airport was arranged for us as well. Would be my first choice if traveling to Athens again with children. Thank you, Sokratis!

Superb and helpful advice from Socrates, delicious omelette for breakfast, free parking was important at a short walk away. Great location to all central sight seeing in Athens, with a rooftop view to the Acropolis.

Great communication with Socratis, and Natasha was so nice and helpful. She welcomed us at the front, explained everything and provided useful info on things nearby (don’t miss eating at Mavro Provato… it’s close, great prices, and excellent food and service). The room was HUGE (basically an apartment flat) and accommodated our family of 4 with ample space. The breakfast was a bonus and the location was great for walking to the main attractions. Socratis arranged drivers from the ferry port and to the airport which saved us lots of headaches. Highly recommend PI Athens.

Great little hotel. The staff was helpful and breakfast was done well. If you've ever been told to not judge a book by its cover...that saying has this place in mind. It is tucked into a tiny street and the immediate area looks a little run-down, but we always felt safe. It was an easy walk to all sorts of restaurants and coffee houses, a Hop-on Hop-off spot and right by the Olympic Coliseum. Don't miss the view from the roof-top lounge area, especially at night! We would definitely stay here again.

Check in was great. Front desk guy was super accommodating, flexible, welcoming. Easy to communicate about needs even prior to arrival! Helped with airport transfer, luggage, crib - Kudos to him! Some negatives: property’s maintenance and upkeep is lacking, cleanliness is pretty below standard- towels are old, rough and hard, cockroach under side table ( traveled with a 6month old so got to look under) Breakfast is basic, breakfast lady is pretty quiet - not the kindest. She also did not bother to stop smoking in the lobby while we were waiting in there with our baby …. Overall it was okay. Great location.

Location was good, friendly staff. This hotel needs some updating and upgrading. Hot water had no pressure (at least on the 4th floor)and at best we only had warm showers. The room facing the acropolis is definitely not worth the price as they have a hand held shower in a tub. Sink and counter need work as it is blistered wood which is not sanitary. Towels and sheets need to be replaced and they had no facecloths. Our blow dryer didn’t work but staff was already gone when I realized it. Breakfast is included but it only starts at 8 am however they did make some items available for us as we had an early tour.

Athens, Greece hotel

Nice small boutique hotel next the the Olympic stadium and walking distance to Acropolis and flea market. Lots of good and very inexpensive local restaurants and shops close by. Staff very helpful and friendly. Big room. Wonderful terrace with view of Acropolis. Only negative was shower feature. Shower is a claw-foot tub with shower wand. No curtain or enclosure. The big bathroom area is separated from bedroom by heavy curtain for privacy, but shower situation is not ideal. However, other than this minor inconvenience (particularly for older folks with mobility limitations), we enjoyed our 2 night stay. Best breakfast during our 7 night stay in Greece. The manager arranged for a taxi to pick us up at 0430 for the airport. Taxi arrived at 0425. Metro and airport bus stops are about 15 minutes away.
