Insect Infestation
We could not stay in the hotel because it is infested with cockcroaches and filthy environment. I complained about the infestation but unfortunately they refuse refund. Poor customer service

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was new. Not much surface area to put things on but overall a comfortable room. The neighborhood is not very nice, a little bit sketchy.

TERRIBLE PLACE
Terrible hotel to stay. Area itself is full of drug users with syringes and needles discarded on the street. Room was extremely small and uncomfortable as mattress was rock hard and with what we assume is the cleaners hair!!!Receptionist refused to deal with noisy guests. The pictures on advertisement are deceptive so do not get fooled. We had a terrible night sleep complemented with noise from jackhammer coming from the building site next door which you could almost touch by opening your window. We booked for 3 nights but left after the first night. We would have left early if it was not for the fact it was so late at night. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL

I chose the single room which was quite tiny, however with the price of hotels cannot really complain. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable and the room was quite clean. Not somewhere to venture out in the dark but the location was central and close to the Omonia Metro.
