Easy access and clean hotel

Hotel was clean, nice. The access hotel provides from app was really time saver. I will definetely stay once more when i will visit Athens again.

Very convenient location, outside the main tourist traps but with a vibrant nightlife and options for eating out, cafes and bars, not to mention the bookshops and other shopping options. Very clean rooms, easy contactless access, kitchenette to prepare a light meal and warm drinks. It’s the third time we stay in this hotel in 12 months, it’s our main option for Athens.

Great location, excellent room with balcony. Well tended plants on the balcony added to the appeal. The room was well equipped clean and comfortable.The efficient electronic access system and regular remote communication with Bob W staff made us feel at home and looked after.

We stayed for 7 days in apartment 24. Amazing service and attention to detail. Would highly recommend and happy to stay again. Staff were very helpful for the best spots to see in Athens. Coffee machine and polaroid camera were a nice touch.

All staff were incredible. Extremely helpful, kind, and genuine. Both the young man in front lobby and especially the housekeeper. She went above and beyond to help us although she was extremely busy. They should both be commended for exceptional service. We stayed 6/25 - 6/27/24.

Nice pleasant stay in Athens

Very pleasant stay throughout. Had troubles in entering the building and my room using electric key but was assisted remotely. Once got used to it, much easier without bothering anyone so could use the facility like my real apartment for a short stay. Very clean with all the necessary equipments. Nice surprising gift of a full bottle of white wine along with hand written message card. Highly recommend

The hotel was called a completely different name. When I asked to print off my boarding pass for my flight the staff refused to help me and couldn’t recommend anywhere. Staff were shouting and arguing in the lobby. Not a good first impression. The room was lovely and clean!

Comfy hotel, close to the center and downtown - easy to navigate, I wish they suggested to open the platform prior arrival so you know how to redeem breakfast, get free yoga classes etc ahead of time! Loved the yoga mat and free reusable water bottles!

We had a great stay at The Magenta Hotel. The hotel is a good size, the rooms are confortable, clean and with a nice coffee machine/little cute kitchen. The staff is very friendly and ready to answer the questions and to give us some information about places to go and to don't go!
