Το διαμέρισμα είναι 60 τ.μ., πλήρως ανακαινισμένο, 2 υπνοδωμάτια , επιπλωμένο, φυσικό αέριο , μεγάλη βεράντα μπάνιο με καινούργια είδη υγιεινής , κουζίνα με καινούργια ντουλάπια, ηλεκτρικές συσκευές, 4 ορόφου σε πολυκατοικία με ιδιόκτητα διαμερίσματα , ήσυχο δρόμο , 3 στενά από την λεωφόρο Γαλατσίου που είναι και η στάση των λεωφορείων για κέντρο η σταθμό μετρό .Με ταξί είναι πολύ κοντά σε Μαρούσι ,Λεωφόρο Κηφισίας , Μεσογείων.
