The appartments are wonderfully designed. Good taste. If you want to Splurge on yourself and be in the vicinity of the Acropolis area then this is the option for you. The staff the clean and cater to you are extremely helpful and friendly.

We had such a wonderful stay at KUKA Athens and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the city! The room was beautiful, modern, updated, and exceptionally clean. Everything felt fresh and very well maintained, and the daily housekeeping was fantastic—our room was always spotless and comfortable to come back to after a full day of exploring Athens. The location was another huge plus. KUKA is very centrally located and close to so many of the main sights and areas you’ll want to visit while in Athens, which made getting around incredibly convenient. Overall, we had a fantastic experience. Between the cleanliness, modern accommodations, great location, and daily service, KUKA was the perfect place for our stay in Athens. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it! 🇬🇷❤️

Clean modern hotel in the middle of central Athens. We were sent codes before we arrived and never had to check in or out. Room was cleaned daily. We had plunge pool room and was very private.

Beautiful property. Easy and fast communication and check in process. The room was nice, spacious, worth the price. More of a Airbnb style type property but well taken care of. I will say that the remote wasn’t fully charged and the ac in the bedroom part wasn’t as cold as the living room. We tried multiple times to fix but could get it. They had usb c type charger and which was nice you didn’t need the European adapter. Over all a good experience

This place was amazing!! Super clean, the most comfortable beds and sheets. Well stocked kitchen. Super quiet I never heard a noise from any other unit. Small gym but super cute and perfect for a workout! The ppl on staff are amazing! Super kind and helpful. We were so pleased with everything. Will be back.

Stefano was a perfect host. He went way beyond and was helpful and courteous. He treated us with a breakfast at the door in the morning. He gave us great suggestions for dinner and called a car for us to the airport. The rooms were beautiful and modern. He had a bottle of wine for us in the fridge with fruit and water. A truly great place to stay in Athens.

Total gem of a spot walking distance from the acropolis and a ton of shops and restaurants. We had the penthouse and it's a huge, gorgeous, and so well appointed we wanted to move in. The electric blackout shutters were a huge plus for us - we love it dark to sleep. Stylish and comfortable, all the thoughtful touches in the kitchen, the bathroom. Check-in process is seamless if you have WhatsApp; they send you the access codes and all the info you need. The housekeeping staff are incredibly sweet and good at what they do. Steps from the front door is a little cafe called Fika which makes (every morning we were there fresh) the most amazing croissant varieties, and other baked goods - their rustic panini sandwiches are delicious. Highly recommend.

Having had no experience with the type of check-in experience we had we were surprised by the fact that there was no human interaction. No help with the luggage, no information about how the system works for the accommodations however we were able to find our way through it. They charge for 5 star accommodations but deliver a bed and breakfast type service. Their breakfast service may have been typical Grecian style but it wasn’t what we expected. There was confusion with that delivery as we didn’t receive anything the first day and not knowing what to expect except a note saying we were going to get something delivered outside the door. It was all WhatApp chat message communication which was generally effective but there appeared to be something wrong with who was supposed to be taking care of what. We ended up with extenuating circumstances on our last day and we extended our stay for one day with a tremendous amount of care and attention given to us in our predicament.

Unser Aufenthalt im Kuka Luxury Living Athens war rundum gelungen. Die Unterkunft überzeugt nicht nur mit einer sehr hochwertigen Ausstattung, sondern auch mit einem stilvollen und modernen Design, das eine besonders angenehme Atmosphäre schafft. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Ein besonderes Lob gilt dem Team, alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch die zentrale Lage ist großartig, da viele Sehenswürdigkeiten gut erreichbar sind. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder buchen sowie die Unterkunft mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Wir hatten einen ganz, ganz wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Kuka Luxury Living Athens. Das Apartment ist hervorragend ausgestattet und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das unglaublich freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Stefano hat uns bei allen Fragen und kleinen Schwierigkeiten sofort unterstützt. Auch die Lage ist ideal, da man schnell im Stadtzentrum von Athen ist. Insgesamt waren wir rundum begeistert und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
