This place was very central and walkable to alot if dining and attractions! There is an elevator as an alternative to the stairs. Very clean and comfortable room and overall great stay!

Apartment itself was great, super close to nightlife area. Spacious, clean room with great design. Big comfy bed and fluffy towels. Nespresso machine and pods and lovely toiletries Sadly we did have problems accessing the property as the hosts failed to send us any access details (which were meant to be sent 24 hours in advance) so we were having to chase on the day.

Stayed at Koyo for 2 nights. The area is very convenient, lively, full of restaurant options and bars. The room is a good size, the bed was really comfortable, the room was clean but I think there could be improvement. There was dust and stains on the floor. The place has a coffee machine and kettle but no coffee or teas that you can use which is kind of poor. Also the staircase and the corridor of the building are very dirty, with people living bins out, dust and dirt everywhere. I think the place has potential but need to be improved.

The unit itself was lovely, when you closed the door you hear it locking and let me tell you it’s like how a safe locks making you feel extremely safe. The entrance to the building is unattractive. The area looks sketchy because of the graffiti and non existent front shops, just abandoned buildings, no lighting in the alley which made it unsafe for me. The view from my unit was a dumpy area. When you turn right when you exit the building and walk about 100m or so, it becomes magical. You’re minutes away from Ermou St which leads you to exquisite shops leading you to Syntagma Square. Across the street of Ermou and Athena is Monasteraki with an abundance of shops, flea market Plaka to the left and an amazing view of the Acropolis-Parthenon. So all in all it’s a great place to stay because of its location. Would I stay there again, I definitely would.

We had a great stay. The location is amazing and the apartment was lovely - clean, a comfy bed and with everything we needed for a long weekend. Staff were very responsive and quickly remedied an issue we had with our toilet. The only thing that let this place down (although we appreciate there is little they can do) is that it had very thin walls, so when the people in the apartment adjacent to us were being quite noisy at 3am, we did get woken up. We did however have earplugs with us and once we had those in, we were able to get back to sleep undisturbed. Earplugs weren't provided but would be beneficial for guests. Minus the one evening of noisy neighbours, it was a very quiet, clean, comfy and safe place to stay. Overall, we'd definitely stay again.

Forced to book another hotel

I would never book this hotel again. We booke step nights from Saturday to Mona day. I was asked to send a number (which is was not sure what was), so I send a mail and asked which number they needed in order for them to send me the check-in instructions. They never answered my email, and I send multiple emails after to follow up. We were forced to book another hotel by the day of our arrival, and I still haven’t heard back from my latest email, asking for a refund. Terrible service!

Super Unterkunft und perfekte Lage. Die Lage in Athen war perfekt. Alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind groß und schön eingerichtet. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Preis-Leistung ist perfekt und ich würde dieses Hotel immer wieder wählen. Check in war problemlos und sehr netter Kontakt. Vielen Dank und bis bald!
