Our home is in the heart of Downtown Watkinsville. Totally walkable to coffee shop, bakery, an assortment of restaurants & pubs! Only 18 minutes to Sanford Stadium and 20 to downtown Athens, this gem of a location is just overflowing with charm. 3 bedrooms & 2 baths upstairs. Living room, dining room, kitchen & half bath downstairs. Rocking chair front porch & open rear patio with yard space. We will be nearby if you need anything! Just a couple of minutes away. No interaction unless requested. Our home is tucked away in a beautiful setting of trees and foliage, giving it a feel of privacy and seclusion. Yet only 2 easily walkable blocks from downtown Watkinsville. It is fairly new with features that include all hardwood floors on main, custom kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances, ceiling fans in all rooms, rocking chair front porch, small private yard in rear. There is a large TV with cable and sports channels in living room. There is a smaller TV (yet just as important) in the master bedroom with the same cable.
