"The property was in a quiet location with fairly easy access to the greater Athens area. Overall it was clean inside, the bedroom with the attached 3/4 bath had a funny smell to it that wasn't found in other areas of the house. Cell phone reception was very spotty and that was with 3 different providers. Did not like that you could not access ESPN/SEC networks on the tv. Having a washer and dryer to use was an added bonus. I would recommend this property to others if they are looking for a nice...
