Wonderful stay - to-order breakfast capitalizing on Bakehouse’s superb bake goods (validated by long lines outside ordering out) in an intimate casual dining room wonderful; rooftop ambience elegant in a larger but still intimate setting and menu inventive and excellent. Staff very accommodating.
We loved our Ergon Bakehouse experience!!! The Staff was so kind and amazing!!! They were expertly helpful attending to all of our needs. Both Restaurants were totally amazing!!! I would highly recommend a stay at The Ergon Bakehouse anytime you are in Athens!
Amazing location.
Small and cozy modern boutique hotel.
Didn't get a chance to try breakfast but looks and smells delicious.
Only negative thing was too noisy early morning.
Will definitely stay there again.

It was amazing. The hotel is causy ,the bakery shop is fantastic. The location is perfect. The reception staff are adorable & very helpfull.Definintely I will stay in this hotel when I visit Athens again.
Ergon Bakehouse was one of our favorite hotels we stayed at while in Greece. We happened to stop by their bakery on our first stop in Athens, and loved it so much we decided to stay with them when we returned at the end of our trip. We were very impressed with the quality of the the room and had amazing service throughout. Highly recommend!
Absolutely love this hotel. Great linens, super comfy mattress and pillows (with pillow options!) and overall a beautiful interior. Excellent location. The staff are superb. So helpful and kind. The bakery downstairs is the very best. Stay here!
Very attentive front desk. Staff at both the roof top restaurant and breakfast is friendly. For the breakfast, you may order as many times and as many items as you want. Very generous. The food is excellent.
Charming Boutique Hotel in Perfect Athens Location
Recent stay at Ergon Bakehouse in Athens. Perfect central location near Ermou shopping street. Small, cozy boutique hotel with exceptionally helpful reception staff and very clean rooms. Breakfast service was slow with less friendly staff. One drawback is that the rooms are not well soundproofed, so street noise is quite audible.
Despite this minor issue, highly recommended!
Shungi the receptionist was excellent. However, the noise level in the rooms we were given on the first and then the second floor was unacceptable.
Lot of confusion between Ergon and Ergon Bakehouse. We first went to Ergon and the receptionist there was quite rude to us. Shungi was a relief at the Bakehouse.
Absolutely beautiful room and facilities right in the heart of Athens! We got a VIP upgrade thanks to Expedia and were in the XXL room which was indeed very spacious and beautifully decorated, with all room amenities you might need. The location is absolutely perfect and you can walk anywhere from there. Right next to Syntagma square where the airport metro/bus arrives so very convenient. We had breakfast at both Bakehouse and its sister hotel and thought that Ergon House had a bit more variety, but both were delicious! As I saw in other reviews, the only bad thing at all was the noise from the street at all points during the day, especially noticeable at night, sometimes until after 1am. The hotel provides earplugs, but it feels like it wasn't sufficient, perhaps more measures need to be taken to provide a restful sleep like triple glazing on the windows or white noise machines.

The property was beautiful, food excellent, location was not good. When I got to the room I found ear plugs on the night stand. Did. Ot understand until I went to sleep. I did not sleep at all it was loud all night, between the cars, people walking screaming, church bells every hour, and car honking. It’s a NO for the future. Shame because the hotel is comfortable and clean as they come and location was good. But I was exhausted by the time I left.
Staff was amazing, food was amazing. The room was not ideal. I understand the category has no windows, but it was quite noisy and quite bright with the emergency sign lights.
The location was amazing as it was walkable to almost everything. There was no shortage of things to see at every corner.
The hotel itself was beautiful and well maintained.the rooms were above our expectations in decor, comfort and space. Didn’t want to leave :)
