Enjoy a leisurely stroll to Downtown Athens, Sanford Stadium, The Classic Center, UGA's Campus - This cozy 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom cottage offers a comfortable, open-concept space with artful design throughout. Each bedrooms is outfitted with a high quality linens and mattresses, TVs, and ensuite bathrooms. Planning on staying in? Our well equipped kitchen, spacious living room, and back patio + fire pit make a perfect trifecta for cozy night in.

While entry is fully remote, Meredith and I live locally and are happy to come over should you need us to.

The neighborhood is transitional with several lovely public greenways and parks within walking distance. If you have time for a leisurely stroll or simply like to start off your day with a nice run, this is a great spot for you!

Free parking behind the cottage for up to 3 vehicles. Additional curbside parking available in front of cottage. Uber and Lyft are readily available. Schlage Encode lock located at side entrance of property.

2-story cottage featuring 3 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own smart TV. Open floor plan contains a spacious kitchen with all of your basic cooking needs, a living area with large sectional and Apple TV, and a dining table equipped for 6. Our front porch has an outdoor dining space as well as some wicker chairs to enjoy your morning coffee. Side entrance is built to house a fire pit and seat 6-8 individuals comfortable for hangouts on those cooler nights. Washer and dryer available on the first floor.

Uber and Lift are available for anyone not wanting to drive around Athens. Downtown and Sanford Stadium are both less than a mile away should you choose to walk. (We typically do.)

We comply and exceed all COVID-19 Airbnb sanitizing regulations and take extra measures to sanitize ALL bedding between each guest. We hope you will consider our listings for your time in Athens!

Excellent stay

This house is located perfectly for UGA and downtown Athens. Parking was super easy. The house was adorable and exactly what we needed for the weekend.

Exactly as expected

This place is a dream for any artist or anyone who appreciates art. Every room in the house is absolutely beautiful. The beds were comfortable, it was clean, and in a very safe location. We were pleased with our short stay, and will be back. The host are very responsive and helpful.

Alumni Event

We headed to Athens for a uga alumni event. The cottage was perfect for a few adults. It's very comfortable, clean and great location. The art work is very cute and the house is well equipped. The hosts are responsive. We would definitely stay again.

The Cozy Cottage was perfect for our short trip to Athens. As promised, everything was walking distance or a short drive away. The house was well stocked, clean and comfortable. We were able to enjoy each other's company and then retreat to our rooms for quiet time. The beds were comfortable and the murals and decor were inviting. Alex and Meredith were exceptional hosts. They were accommodating and helpful. This house and Cozy Artist Properties are on the top of the list of places to stay. Thank you for allowing us to rent from you.

Absolutely Adorable

This is the most darling house in a perfect neighborhood. It was safe and quiet, yet within minutes of everything Athens has to offer! Alex and Merideth were helpful before and during our visit. They ensured the house was clean, stocked with supplies, and ready for immediate relaxation. The delicious cookies and Pellegrino waiting for us made it all the better! Not to mention the incredibly cozy beds in every room. I recommend this spot to anyone looking for a home away from home. Our daughter lives in Athens, so we will definitely be back.

Lovely, comfy, convenient!

Friends gathering to visit UGA kiddo & see some music. The place is spacious and so pretty. Comfy beds, nice linens, well stocked kitchen, quiet neighborhood. We walked to to downtown which was very manageable. Great space for the price. Highly recommend this sweet house.

Great place for family

The communication was wonderful, location was ideal, clean, and enough parking. The only thing I would change is to switch out the beds in one or 2 rooms to king size beds.

Perfect Athens Stay

UGA Midfest visit

This is a great find in Athens. The house is spacious and clean. Our teenage girls loved having enough room to claim their own space. The location is convenient to everything that Athens has to offer.
