Come and experience comfort and convenience in our beautifully designed 4BD / 3BA home just minutes from Downtown Athens and UGA.

This new build features an open floor plan, private parking, custom art, and an outdoor space with a fire pit, cornhole boards, and outdoor dining. Meredith and I hope you enjoy our high-quality linens, modern amenities, and thoughtfully outfitted kitchen during your stay.

We aim to provide a fully self-check-in experience, but Meredith and I live in Athens and are happy to come by in person if needed.


This bright new build (2022) is located right off MLK inside the loop. It is 1/4 mile from an entrance to the Firefly Greenway Trail along the river. "The Plantation" restaurant is across the street for southern cuisine. This location is convenient while offering a quiet neighborhood feel, with most destinations in Athens under 15 minutes away.

Free parking is available for up to 4 vehicles. The parking lot can be difficult when backing out. If needed, you can also park in the pine straw area to the left of the driveway, in front of the main entrance.


2-story cottage with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The open floor plan includes a spacious kitchen with all your cooking essentials, a living area with a large sectional and Apple TV, and a dining table for 8. The back porch features an outdoor dining space and a fire pit for cooler evenings.


Quick access to the loop means most destinations in Athens are under 15 minutes away. Uber and Lyft are readily available.


Your comfort and safety are our priority. We follow top-tier sanitization that goes beyond Airbnb standards. Every piece of bedding undergoes meticulous cleaning between stays.

If this property is unavailable on your desired dates, we offer two additional Athens homes with different layouts while maintaining the same amenities.

For added security, exterior cameras monitor only outdoor areas and do not invade indoor privacy.

A great homebase for Athens adventures!

The home was beautiful, clean, and full of light! It was welcoming for our families, with a great space for the kids to play outdoors. We hope to come back soon!

Great Athens Vacation House

Perfect for large groups! New, clean, spacious, and well furnished. Short Uber ride to town and they’re plentiful - didn’t need to wait more than 5 minutes.

UGA Graduation

We stayed here while in town for UGA graduation. Great location close to campus! Very comfortable and clean - plenty of room to spread out. Would be great for football season as well!

The house and property are super cute and clean! It was perfect was what we needed. The driveway is a little tricky with multiple cars but the property does say to drive on the pine straw and that was very helpful! The location is perfect for downtown Athens!! The property managers were very kind!

Artist's Cottage

I had an issue with Wells Fargo thinking my rental was fraud; they accepted the Vrbo charge, but not the house rental. We couldn't repay via Vrbo, but Alex, the owner, was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. We referred the home to others in town for a big swim meet at UGA. Great Stay!!
