I visited Athens to attend a conference. B4B Athens 365 Hotel is a perfect place in affordable price, have lovely and welcoming hosts and receptionists. They also have rooftop garden for the breakfast buffet, which was perfect. Lift is present contrary to few review I read before travelling that lift is not there, but Lift is present. Airport transport is available on request and charged. 2 minute walk to the bus stop and 15mins metro bus ride to Tourist hotspot. While 30-35 minutes walk to the Monastiraki Square. Best for those who are travelling for conference near a 5 star hotels. Would highly recommend. Love from Pakistan!

The room arrangement layout is poorly designed. If one person leave the room and take the key, everyone left behind will have to sit in the dark. Room electrity does not work without the key.

Great property with friendly staff. I got free bottle of wine in the room as a VIP guest and I could see The Acropolis when I opened my eyes from my bed. The breakfast and roof top terrace is charming.

Overall my experience staying at this hotel is positive. The staff is very polite and friendly. Included breakfast is delicious. And there is pretty enough food to choose from. The location of the hotel isn't convenient if you're planning to see all touristic attractions. You'd need to walk a lot. The rooms have no noise isolation. You will hear each movement made by your neighbors.

Suitable hotel, but not likely to return
When we arrived at the hotel, there was a BUNCH of construction going on. Workers were directly outside our door. We were on the 5th floor which was nice, and had a great view of the acropolis. But for being in the process of renovations, our room was either still being updated, or partially done with lots of flaws. The window did not lock fully. The touch-code lock didn't work (had key). The 'rainfall' shower head was just a regular head mounted on the ceiling, but it was full of hard water deposits & sprayed randomly in the shower. The lighting in the shower was an LED strip, but it was coming off the wall. The 2 USB outlets in the room did not work. There was a bug in my water glass. The TV did have netflix thought. We requested another room as we needed the USBs to charge our electronics. We were put in the same room directly below on the 4th floor. The kitchenette was fully finished in this room, the shower head was the same but newer or cleaned. 1 of the 2 USBs worked which we made due with. The TV did not have netflix set up and everything was in greek except for BBC. The breakfast with the hotel was in the adjoining cafe. It was absolutely delicious!! The area was close to a prometric testing center, the reason we went to athens. The area itself was ok, not great (compared with the center of athens). There was easy access to the metro and a bus stop right out on the main road which was very helpful. It was a suitable place for our needs, but not likely to return.

The staff was amazingly friendly. So kind and helpful. Couldn't have wished for better receptionists, they certainly went the extra mile to help make my stay in Athens a real pleasure. The girl on attendance at breakfast and the cleaning staff where all very friendly and helpful.

This small hotel is quite nice, and the view of the Acropolis from the rooftop breakfast deck/bar is to die for. The breakfast itself features just about every kind of breakfast food that is commonly eaten in any European country, USA or Canada and it is well presented. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, with excellent English skills, crucial for us visitors who had only a few words of Greek. A few rooms have that same awesome view of the Acropolis. The hotel is also conveniently located to dozens of excellent Greek restaurants in an up-and-coming neighborhood of Athens. The Acropolis itself is about a 25-minute walk. On the negative side, the walk to the restaurants and Acropolis requires crossing several heavily-traveled expressway access ramps, which can be dicey at times. The location is on a very noisy major street. The A/C is fine and, if you keep the windows shut, you can't hear the noise at all, but you have to choose between quiet and fresh air. The rooms are quite small, which didn't bother us because we didn't do much besides sleep and shower there, and the showers are excellent. Finally, we had a problems of several brief power outages, which were apparently neighborhood-wide, and perhaps occur elsewhere in Athens during hot weather. The price is good, and, in my opinion, the advantages clearly outweighed the disadvantages.

The place is in the airport if you have an early flight makes it really convenient. The price was very reasonable. Yes the rooms are small but thats why its cheap and thats what is advertised. The rooms are modern clean and comfortable. I would stay again if I had a long layover or really early flight.

The room is exactly as described- smart modern and clean. The staff are very polite and helpful and breakfast on the rooftop terrace gazing at the Acropolis was great. The only downside is the road noise - my room was 1st floor at the front and made sleeping difficult.

Overall a good stay. The staff were very friendly and smiley. And the hotel itself is about a 20-30minute walk from Athens main sites, which I was happy to go by foot. The only downsides were the fact my room windows were dirty and the outside glass on the building is well overdue a wash. That and be right on a very very busy dual carriageway and hearing the traffic run through the night. The first can negative could be avoided, the second I guess can’t. The hotel has an absolutely stunning rooftop bar where you eat breakfast and watch over the acropolis. This was a highlight of my stay.

Very enjoyable stay. Best value for money. Breakfast is great with a lot of choices with a great view to match. A little far from the sights but taxi is not expensive.not a big problem. Will stay here again.

Lovely hotel. Rooms a little small but normal for Europe. Great view from the roof! Staff were really great especially the lady in the roof bar. Location is not the best (not much around) but only about 5 mins bus ride from centre. Wouldn’t stop me from staying there again Would recommend

This hotel is VERY new, and amazing! We had a view of the Parthenon from our hotel window! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful getting around Athens. They served us the most wonderful FULL breakfast+++ every morning from the glass enclosed rooftop dining area....which ALSO has a view of the Parthenon! The hotel is located right across the street from a bus stop that can get you to the city center in a matter of minutes. I cannot say enough great things about this hotel....look no further and book with the B4B in Athens, then you too can experience their hospitality!!

Brand New, Safe and Clean Hotel
All the staff are really welcoming, friendly, professional & accomodating plus the coffee latte, juice & bottled water compliments, perfect! I did not see pictures of the rooftop and it was not mentioned in the website when I booked it, so it was an amazing surprised for me to see it! It’s priceless! Love it! Breakfast and dinner at the rooftop. Good choices of food. The building is brand new and though I only read 1 review, I took a risk to check it out😁. glad I did. it's Perfect & safe for family too. There is a Brand New University across the street. The Yellow Bus Tour stop is probably 30 steps away which is a big plus. You can see taxis, bus stop, resto & shops outside. Subway is really close too. i love the location. well, there are probably 2 to 3 night clubs in the area but It’s not scary as you think. It’s quiet & really safe. The only thing that I was not comfortable was the code. You need a code to enter your room. It’s written on a paper. But anyway, I believe it’s no big deal. But hope they’ll put a double lock inside. Watch out for the drainage in the shower too, you have to open it.😁 i love the shower. If you have children, just don’t let the kids flip the remote control to 1000 plus. it’s only ads though. the hotel is so brand new & they are still working on decors & how to improve it, they are very open for constructive comments for improvements. I love how courteous the staff are. They’ve free Mobile Phone for you to use&free phonecalls to few countries❤️

A great choice for a luxurious stay in Athens.
A new and clean hotel with convinient access to public transportation. The excellent breakfast was served on the top floor with views of the acropolis.

15/10! Thank you B4B 365 Hotel for an amazing 3-night stay! Every single member of staff was incredibly polite, tentative and made sure we were comfortable at all times. The Parthenon view from the terrace is magical, especially at night for a drink. The rooms were comfortable and spotlessly clean and modern. They each contained a super-helpful free phone you can take around Athens with you (we utilized it every day of our stay), which included google maps and free phone calls anywhere abroad - an incredible, unique, innovative idea. The breakfast had many options and a great coffee machine with any coffee you wish. Any time I am in Athens again, I will be staying there. Congratulations to all the staff! Definitely worth staying
I was hesitant when I first came across this brand new hotel because there was no reviews, but I'm really, really glad that I decided to give it a try and stayed for a few nights! All of the staff were always friendly, cheerful and helpful throughout my stay, and the room was clean and the bed comfortable. Great view at the rooftop cafe, which is open to everyone. The cafes and mini market around the hotel are a pleasant bonus. Definitely worth staying.

Ok hotel for business people, for tourist litter aside from tourist attractions. Closest metro walking distance, about 12 min, though. The hotel is along the busiest street in the city so the traffic noise may disturb the sleep.
