Perfect location and amazing view

I booked this as a last minute option after I got a date incorrect on our vacation. The owner was very helpful in communicating quickly and even helping prepare the room earlier than the usual check in. The terrace was a lovely addition and the rooftop view of the Acropolis is stunning.

Perfect Acommodations in Athens

Hotel Stories is perfectly located in Psiri and near Monastiraki, and is within walking distance to the Acropolis. The owners are attentive and friendly. The rooftop is a real treat and the view of the Acropolis is spectacular

Loved this property! It’s location was perfect ! We walked to everything and the train station was a five minute walk that we took to the airport . The perfect place to stay in Athens for a few days .

We enjoyed the location of the property. It was walking distance toany of the sites Athens had to offer. Also, if we had any questions the owners were very quick to respond. Since we came in summer it was a pleasure to come to an apartment that had air-conditioning. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

Very pleased with our stay. Fairly urban exterior, but very classy and comfortable inside. Friendly and helpful neighbors. Best surprise features: 1) A dozen restaurant options within 1-minute walk from front door, 2) Metro station 3-minute walk, so very inexpensive transportation to and from airport, 3) 4-minute walk to “Hop On Hop Off” tour bus stop, 4) large balcony and access to wonderful rooftop terrace. So glad we chose not to stay in a typical hotel, which insulates guests from the real Athens experience.

This apartment was amazing, well equipped and modern, even had little touches like shower/body products and hairdryer which is not always a given. Position is perfect, right in the middle of the city, gives you a chance to come back to change or to shower before going out again. Highly recommended spot!

Das Apartment befindet sich mitten in Athen in einer lebendigen Straße mit vielen Cafés und Restaurants. Die Lage ist mehr als hervorragend, man kann alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen und ist weder auf ein Taxi noch auf die Metro angewiesen. Die Akropolis befindet sich gerade einmal 15 min. zu Fuß entfernt. Die Fahrt vom Flughafen zum Hotel dauert circa 45min aber der Betreiber hat einen netten Taxifahrer der einen gegen eine angemessene Bezahlung abholt und zum Flughafen fährt. Das Apartment ist klein aber komplett ausgestattet, Bad mit Dusche, komplette Küchenzeile, gemütliches Bett, Bügeleisen mit Bügelbrett und ein kleiner Balkon. Von dem Lärm der Straße bekommt man absolut nichts mit. Es ist alles komplett neu renoviert und sehr sauber. Einzige Kritikpunkte sind, dass wir laut Buchung ein Zimmer mit Aussicht auf die Akropolis gebucht haben, dies aber absolut nicht der Fall war und das keine Zimmerreinigung stattfand. Man konnte dem Betreiber eine Nachricht senden und dann hat man zb frische Handtücher bekommen. Alles in allem ein tolles Apart-Hotel was ich wärmstens empfehlen kann!

Athens Stories is amazing! The room we booked had a beautiful balcony and view of the Acropolis, and Hermes, the owner, was super friendly and helpful. The room is private and clean, and even has a small kitchen. Hermes even gave us a little guidebook with local restaurants and things to do! Monastiraki (the neighborhood) is also a great location. It’s super close (ten minute walk) to the acropolis, the forum, and all that other great Athens stuff without being right in the center of the other tourist hotels. I highly recommend Athens Stories to anyone coming!

Super Appartement mitten im Geschehen. Die Zimmer sind komplett renoviert und sehr sauber. Das Gebäude befindet sich nur ca 2 Gehminuten von der Metrostation entfernt. Was den Transfer zum Flughafen sehr erleichtert.
