When we first pulled up I was nervous. It's not in the nicest neighborhood. But when we got inside it was so nice. I didn't ever feel unsafe. The staff was super nice and helpful. The rooms were super big for Europe and very clean. My only beef would be the breakfast wasn't that great.

The hotel is located in a residential part of town, about 5 metro stops from the Acropolis. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The suite was very convenient and can sleep 5 if needed. The included breakfast was fresh and delicious. Overall, very nice experience.

The staff was amazing. Outside of center of Athens but easy subway ride. GREAT price. Only thing I didn't like was the amount of street noise, but our room was facing 2 streets. Other rooms would be much quieter. Room itself was great. Comfy beds and pillows. Great breakfast too!

Staff was incredibly nice. Rooms were large, modern and clean. Breakfast was good. The one drawback was that it was very noisy. We could hear traffic outside all night. The windows were closed but felt like they were open.

The staff was very nice and helpful, making restaurant and taxi reservations for us. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Our rooms had a terrace and a rack to dry clothes. The hotel is not in the main tourist area but is a 15-20 minute walk to the Agios Georgios Beach, shopping area, and the port. The hotel reserved umbrellas and sunbeds for us at the Naxaki Lounge at Agios Georgios Beach, which worked out wonderfully.

We stayed for one night on our final night returning back from Santorini and to catch the flight back to Canada the next day. The property is impressive, well maintained, for our family of 5, we got a 2 room suite with 2 separated bathrooms which was definitely convenient. Their buffet breakfast was well presented, and had fresh items on the table, the staff was very professional and courteous. One of the shower doors was off the hinge that perhaps should have been checked and fixed prior to our check in, we could not fully shut the door while using, so that was a bit inconvenient, we were there for only one night so for us it was not worth getting it fixed however we notified the staff and they duly noted it so it can be fixed for next guest checking in after us. Great property otherwise, 10 minutes walk from Panormou Metro Station, most eating places are nearby with good shopping options also.

Booked a luxury suit for three nights. Got there the first night and the suit was double booked and we were put in a standard room (not the biggest issue but we weren’t even offered a refund for the difference between the room, just told we could move into it the second night- again not the biggest issue but not what I had booked) when we finally were able to move into the suit the air conditioning did not work and we roasted the entire night. (Again, not the biggest issue and I am aware that Europe is not know for air conditioning but it was pretty miserable) surrounding area was loud and pretty dirty. Commute to downtown wasn’t bad with a taxi & price of hotel was pretty reasonable!

Every time I stay here, I feel very homely. The rooms are quite big and spacious. The only issue is that the Breakfast options are very limited. Also pulling heavy luggage to the reception from the road is a troublesome as they don’t have lift and the vehicle drop-off location is not near the Main Entrance. Overall I feel comfortable staying here, so I always try to book whenever I’m visiting Athens.

This property is not four star as described on expedia and other websites. It is more of a refurbished b&b. When you arrive you have a bit of a wake up call as it is nothing as described. There are steep steps to some tiny reception and then a tiny lift to the rooms. The rooms are clean and sympathetically refurbished but not remotely close to the photos on expedia. It is impossible to sleep due to noise and in some rooms the air condition is not working. The rooms are not cleaned daily and guests have to ask the reception for toilet paper etc.. Staff ok but not too bothered. I felt ripped off to be honest and that my intelligence is underestimated, as when I asked for the room to be cleaned I was told they don't due to corona virus. As I am Greek by asking around it turns out they were understaffed with only one cleaner for the whole place. There are better hotels around for the price.

We enjoyed the modern, clean room. Nice bed and patio! Smelled of cigarette smoke though. Neighborhood was not upscale, but okay. We tried to walk and came back, too busy. Restaurant was good service, but several menu itens not in stock

Best Hotel in Athens!
From the moment we arrived, the experience was amazing. My grandmother was in a wheelchair, so the manager of the hotel himself helped us with all of our luggage (he even brought it up to our room for us and absolutely refused the gratuity we tried to give him). He was so kind and professional--the nicest manager I have ever met at a hotel! The front desk staff (two ladies) were so sweet and helped us with everything possible (booking cabs, assisting with laundry, adjusting our airport transfer time, etc.). The restaurant is a little gem as well! They have the sweetest waitress that worked at the bar (Mariette I think was her name?) that gave us the best service we have had in Greece so far. She was so considerate and patient with my grandmother and absolutely went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed (at breakfast and dinner). The food was also absolutely delicious! The hotel room was also very spacious and super clean. They had two bottles of water waiting for us, which was a nice touch as well. I would absolutely stay here the next time I am in Greece. Even our taxi driver (who we had picked up at the Acropolis and had zero ties to the hotel) told us that the area of the hotel was super safe and in a quiet area of the city. Everything in the building was very new and in great condition. I will definitely stay here the next time I am in Athens! :)
