UGA Campus Tour

The house is very nice, very clean, great space and close to UGA. Was a great base for my daughter’s UGA tour. Would highly recommend this property. Jennifer was great with booking, check in and check out.

Lovely place convenient to downtown

Jennifer was a great host, and the house is lovely. The location is ideal, too, as it is just up the road from downtown and also near the loop. It was very convenient to explore Athens and be able to drop back by the house to recharge before heading back out. Recommended!

Immaculate newly renovated home, on a sweet, quiet and safe block. Short drive to University of Georgia. DG Market two block away. Host was super responsive and helpful. Already making our fall reservations for parents weekend at UGA.

Fantastic, Centrally Located Home in Quiet Neighborhood in Athens

One of the best VRBO units I have rented. Home is essentially brand new and was perfect for our small group of friends (we were in town overnight for a concert at Georgia Theatre). Great, quiet neighborhood. Convenient location, 1-2 miles from most everything you would want to do in Athens. Easy communication with property owner. Would rent this house again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!

Friends for Life Getaway

Moms of college students visiting Athens (one for the first time). Our host was excellent - excellent area recommendations, easy to work with, prompt to respond. The house itself was perfect for us to kick back and catch up. It was close to everything we wanted to do and in an adorable, quiet neighborhood. The house was adorably appropriated. We didn't need for anything. Super safe, Super equipped and super fun! Would love to go back ANY time of year. 5 Stars aren't enough.

Fabulous Home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this new home! It was thoughtfully designed and had plenty of space. Extremely clean and cozy! The welcome treats were a fun surprise. Easy check-in and out. Large master bedroom and bathroom. The laundry machines made it easy to get everything clean before the next leg of our trip. The host was fabulous and gave us recommendations that really helped us out! Would highly recommend! 5 out of 5 and can’t wait to return!

A super clean, nice place close to downtown

We enjoyed our stay here. The house was super clean and very "new" feeling. The door key pads were easy to use and the host communication was clear. Downtown is 6-10 minutes depending on traffic so it was close enough to make multiple trips on a couple of days. It is not very far from 441 but has minimal road noise, and the neighborhood was not very busy so was pretty quiet. We may be heading back to Athens in the future and will make this our first place to check for availability.

I loved this property. It had all the comforts of home, spacious rooms, tv in every room, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, modern furnishings and beautifully decorated. The only thing I did not like was the front and back door not having any blinds or shade for privacy.
