We arrived at the guesthouse but the owner told us that we had bern double booked but he allowed us to use the wifi and charge our phones until we had another place sorted . Even put some English channel on tv for us which was appreciated due to what had happened.

Já coloquei a avaliação dessa espelunca junto com a outra, o Hotel Terrasse em Clignancourt, Paris Repito: vcs devem me devolver meu dinheiro porque fui enganado no preço e na informação sobre dois hoteis( de la Terrasse em Paris e Athens House) O senhor que nos recebeu é sem dúvida gente boa.Nada contra, apesar de eu me assustar um pouco ao ver , à uma da manhã, minha reserva anotada à mão num canto de caderno. O resto foi deplorável. Deitamos à uma e meia , levantamos às seis e fomos para outro hotel. Se abrir o bidê, inunda o banheiro Na banheira tem que se ter coragem para tomar banho Se vc tiver medo de barata, na frente da privada tem E não sei o que nos picou durante a noite, apesar de não termos tido coragem de trocar de roupa para passar a noite Um inferno Como ficaríamos varios dias e pagamos por todos mas não ficamos , não podemos dizer que o barato saiu caro: o caro saiu caríssimo, porque coisa assim no Brasil não custa mais de 25 reais. E é mais limpo. Ficamos sem direito a receber nosso dinheiro de volta pelos outros dias. Apesar de constar nas informações que poderíamos ficar menos tempo ( caso não gostássemos). Pagamos todos os dias em que ficamos em outro hotel, esse sim uma maravilha: uma suite na Agiou Andreous,Live in Athens Suite, tb já avaliada aqui como excelente por nós.

Nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour sa réception ouverte 24 h puisque notre arrivée était tardive et qu’il était situé près d’un métro. Par contre ce quartier n’était pas rassurant à cette heure. Confort basique, non conseillé aux enfants. Odeurs de cigarettes dè s qu’on ouvre la porte de chambre.

It’s a good hostel close to metro and city. Private rooms but shared washrooms(shared still clean). Very pricey compared to other hotels. If you wanna leave your comfort or luxury and still be near to city at low cost, then it is your place .

Non lo consiglierei a nessuno

Camera sbagliata, sporca (trovata una blatta o similtale), letti marci, lenzuola orribili. Il giorno dopo con la promessa di cambiarcela ci fanno aspettare la signora della pulizie durante il pomeriggio nella camera a noi destinata ancora sporca degli ospiti precedenti. La signora delle pulizie non é mai arrivata. A un certo punto ci siamo rassegnati e abbiamo cambiato hotel. Inoltre, l'hotel manca di pulizia.

Don't be fooled to check in there

In about a paragraph, I will sum up my experience. First of all, as a frequest traveler, NEVER go out in the middle of the night in the streets around the hotel. The place is crowded with Transgender prostitutes on every corner as well as mobs of drunk guys and you never know what they would do. I was advised by a store clerk to never go out with any belongings due to the excessive amount of thieves. The neighborhood is not at all welcoming and filled with drug addicts that storm the streets at night. Second, regarding the hostel, don't be fooled when they state 24-hour reception service. When I arrived there was nobody and I had to wait 2 hours in the lobby for the receptionist to come and assist me. Moreover, they ripped me off and charged me 15 Euros for a room when on Expedia it states 8 Euros as my receipt says. Also, I am pretty sure I prepaid the booking via credit card but they claimed Expedia did not charge me anything and it was just a booking procedure and I am meant to pay them by cash. Last but not least, the receptionists are very creepy, one of them scolded me and embarrassed me for losing my key exclaiming that I am an "irresponsible baby". They look at you in very creepy ways and their eyes are always red and smell like weed. I advise noone to stay at this aweful excuse of a hostel. It's true you get what you pay for but the minimum is being honest about what they provide for services and amneties.

全てが値段相応です。 部屋は古びた感じで、部屋の水道はお湯が出ないですし、風通しも日当たりも悪く、クローゼットはあるもののハンガーはありません。Wi-Fiもかなり弱く、利用者の少ない昼間は割と動きますが夜はほとんど繋がらないに等しいです。 トイレも夜はトイレットペーパーがないことがしばしば、、、 ただ値段が値段なので、バックパッカーであればこのくらいは想定内、くらいの感じです。 ただ、私はWi-Fiルーターを持っていなかったので、ホテルでWi-Fiがほとんど使えないのは致命的でした、、、

Very unprofessional staff

First of all, I prepaid for this hotel a sum of 90$, around 8€ per day for 9 days. the hotel informed me that they did not receive any payment from expedia and that I should pay them by cash. I ended up paying 15€ per day to a slum excuse of a hotel with creepy staff that don’t make you feel welcomed and that you are a burden to them.

Très sympathique

Auberge facile à trouvée, Pret du métro et à 30 Minutes à pied du monument. Auberge très propre avec matela chauffant on a adorer !! La décoration est .. rectro. Sinon chambre bien agencé avec petite terrasse. Pour le prix c'était parfait. Personnel qui parle Français et qui etait très agréable. Je recommande.

オーナーは本当に変なおじさんでした。笑 到着したらノートに予約は全て手書きらしく、私たちの名前はありませんでした。いくら？とあちらから聞かれたのでネットで見た額を言いましたが、値引き交渉も可能なようです…笑笑。 シャワーは水がちょろちょろ程度、部屋は綺麗だと思います。寝るだけなら十分ですね！ この辺のエリアは夜はあまり治安が良くないらしくギリシャ人のウーバードライバーがここまで付き添ってくれました。

My room had a big and good bed with soft mattress. The view to the backyard is bad with a dusty grey backyard that never have been cleaned.The kitchen is old and small and the handlebar to the cold water was broken when i came and it was broken when i left 2 weeks later. The handlebar in the shower was also old and many years of use and it had almost only cold or hot water.The doors to the rooms have a easy-standard lock key you find in all rooms in family houses so 1 key can open all rooms so you have to take the valuables with you or have it in the rooms with a risk. (The area ouside is a drug and red-light district in the nighttime so be careful) The hotel staff was nice. Outside the hotel there is a 24h. open kiosk and many kebab shops and supermarkets wich was handy. The nearby area is shabby and full of traffic and people in the daytime and nighttime but in the nighttime the area is a drug and red-light district and i asked a police officer about the area and he said we had to be careful in the area in the nighttime becouse they sometimes attack tourist but the kebab shops and kiosk nearby was allways nice and friendly and i had no problems.My rec:If the owner had been thinking trough what a hotel guest think is important (handlebars for the water,doorlocks and paint )and used 500 euroes in renovating the stay would have been very different.If you want a cheap stay and only sleep in the room the hotel is just fine, if the hotel is a big part of your stay look elsewhere.

Mi reservacion no fue respetada por lo que tuve que buscar otro hotel a la medida noche en el centro de athenas sin conocer el idioma ni nada con toda mi familia y dos personas mayores de 80 años con discapacidad . Insólito, insensible e inaudito, no se diga del pésimo servicio a cliente.
