The propery was in an excellent location. Kris the owner was very helpful, the peoperty was clean and had a small balcony. Everything you wanted to see was within a 20minute walk, close to dining and sopping options as well as the Acropolis. Great stay!

This was the perfect place to stay . So central and only a 5 min walk to monastiraki square and station . I took the metro straight from the airport and was easily able to navigate my way to the accommodation. The hosts were so friendly and accessible throughout the day. The room itself was the perfect size for 1-3 people. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I loved balcony for some fresh air. They replaced my towels everyday and straightened up . Overall , great stay and totally return the next time I’m in Athens .

Fantastic property located in the heart of Athens very close to the Acropolis. The rooms are clean, modern with all amenities required. Hosts were also very helpful when any advice needed.

A perfect place to stay for my couple of days in Athens. A short walk from the metro, easy to find and really in the centre of things. All on the doorstep really to everything you will want to visit. Really clean, lovely view of the acropolis (especially lit up at night). Great communication. I would definitely stay here again.

this place is excellent. Perfect location, walking distance to everything : Metro stop, even to the airport; so close to the Agora, the Accropolis, the Cathedral. Our host Theodore was so corteous and helpful. we had every day cleaning, which is considered a luxury in the US nowadays. Everybody was so friendly and helpful. I can certainly recommend this place when you visit Athens.

Had a great stay here, the room was very nice and clean with a great view. The location was perfect for a walkable distance to a lot of places to shop, eat and explore. Would definitely recommend if traveling to Athens.

This property was is located just a short distance from the Acropolis and in the middle of all the old town Athens action. There were so many shops and food choices just steps from the door. Plus, the accommodations were lovely. I just wish I could have spent more time there. I would definitely stay at the this property again.

The views from this room are AMAZING, an unobstructed view of the Acropolis! There are two sets of stairs to get into the room we were in, but with the view we both would do it again!

Absolutely no better place to stay than here!!!!!! Gorgeous balcony view of the Acropolis (even better at night when it's lit up)! It's right in the middle of EVERYTHING! The Plaka Stairs are just a few minutes away (if you don't get lost... which is very easy in Athens). Monastiraki and Suntagma square are real close and so is Ermou street for high-end shopping. The staff is great too! Always smiling & helpful & accomodating! 12/10 will stay again!

We had no view and the balcony was about 2 feet wide. There is an elevator for luggage when the jewelry store is open, but none for people. I did not feel safe on the stairs.

I would highly recommend this property to anyone staying in Athens. Not only was the room quite and well appointed, it is within easy walking distance to numerous points of interest like the Acropolis, Temple of Zeus, multiple museums, restaurants, pubs etc. Basically anything you want to see, do, drink or eat are close by. The proprietor John was welcoming and very friendly. He even arranged for a ride back to the airport for me, gratis! As amazing as the hotel was, the best thing was the million dollar view of the Acropolis, especially at night. When lit up, it is a magical view from the balcony. Not only would I recommend this property, I already have. And I will not hesitate to stay there again on my next trip to Greece!

Superb location. Easy walking access to nearly everything you need while visiting this great city. You feel your part of the city staying here, but it’s not noisy at night so you sleep well. Couldn’t fault it.

This property is above a nice jewelry store, in the Plaka District, within walking distance of everything. It was like a small studio apt with a 2 burner stove top, small frig and a few dishes tucked away behind the mirror closet. I could see ppl outside my window strolling and shopping. I enjoyed the view during the day and also enjoyed the peace and quiet during the night. This place was very nice and clean, perfect for a solo traveler or a couple, and in a great location. The owners are off premises but do respond right away when called.

Clean modern aparthotel with Acropolis views
Very central, in heart of Monastiraki district, with view of Acropolis. Clean, comfortable, very modern, but does require you to climb steep stairs to reach lift to higher floors, so no good if elderly or disabled. Street below can get busy and noisy, but double glazed french windows block most of this out if kept closed. 5 minute walk to metro with direct links to airport and Piraeus. Happy to recommend.

Great location! Amazing views!
The property itself was very clean and with amazing views of the acropolis. Also the location was right in the middle of Monasteraki station which was close by restaurants, shopping and the metro. Only concern was the communication from the owner. It took him a few days to reply and he never provided the information to access the room. Lucikly, we had made it in time where the shop owner below the apartment was still there and could let us in.

Location is golden! We were in the center of centers. Modern apartment with a view of the acropolis. Communication is excellent as the property manager gave us his contact. Can’t wait to come back!

Great place to stay. Restaurants and mini-markets nearby. Fantastic view of the Parthenon. I am very gladi chose the 24K Athena. 2 areas of concern: there is no safety lock inside. This means anyone who stayed here before can enter your room if they made duplicates of the keys. Also the safe is not bolted. This means if someone comes in and you not in the room, they can put the safe in their suitcase and leave.

Not bad but missing lots of things. Table is too small even for a breakfast, oven is not usable, air conditioning does not work. One day missed toilet paper, another day no coffee for the machine (only 2 capsules per day).

I travel solo and frequently and I rely heavily on reviews to help me determine where to stay. My advice is this: stop searching and book this place immediately. The location is in the center of everything and could not be better, the view out your window is the Acropolis...amazing!, and the room is clean and comfortable with everything you could possibly need for your stay. The only downside is that there was not a comforter or duvet but I mentioned this to the manager and owner on my way out and they took it seriously so hopefully one will be added which will make this place truly a solid 10. I will not even think about staying anywhere else when in Athens and if I were you, I would not hesitate...just book it!!

perfect! fantastic view of acropolis, convenient location, apartment is bigger than expected. i was a bit apprehensive when i saw the photos and read the reviews, but it really is what you see! the only negative point: we stayed for 5 nights, but there was no change of amenities (we ran out of shower gel and shampoo). also, the elevator is on the first floor, so you have to navigate some stairs with your luggage from the ground floor to first floor. everything else from there onwards is great!

A total gem!
This place was such an awesome location in a pedestrian street just moments from Monastraki markets and Plaka, as well as the shopping district. As it was also just Renovated the place was super modern and clean, and with an amazing view of the acropolis. Jimmy the host was friendly and informative and available most of the time as he works in the jewellery store below the accomodation. The room was also spacious enough for two adults and a child which made it comfortable to pop back to the room and have a rest all while taking in the view. Would totally recommend this place - and at such a great price!

Apartment location is at first deceiving...above a jewelry store! Once inside you realize how amazing it is. Wake up to a view of the Acropolis from your bed then sit on your small balcony and watch the vendors bustle below. The apartment appears to be newly renovated with high end finishes similar to a boutique hotel. Wi-Fi worked perfectly. An elevator is available after one flight of stairs. Within walking distance of all major attractions. Grocery store, restaurants,cafes and more less than a block. Management is through the jewelry shop and they are very personable and accomadating. I hope I can return.
