A very prettily decorated house in a very peaceful setting near a beatiful river. Host Pascal was helpful and friendly, and left us a bottle of wine. Gorgeous warm pool. Supermarket 5 mins drive away. An excellent week!

Fantastic Holiday Home

This is a fabulous holiday cottage, peaceful but accessible and with everything you need for a lovely holiday. There was amle room for a family of 6, includidng 3 adult children The cottage itself is fabulous - downstairs there are two seating areas, a master bedroom with ensuite, main bathroom, toilet, and a kitchen. There are two further bedrooms upstairs, one ensuite with a shower, and a separate toilet. The kitchen has everything you could need and more, lots of utensils, pots, pans, bowls, cutlery, glasses, and enough plates to cater for a full house. There is a gas cooker with oven, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, microwave, toaster, fridge-freezer (Brand new when we stayed). There is one large table inside another on the patio just outside the back door and a decking area up by the pool, with tables and chairs, stored in the pool house, but are simple enough to move. There is also a large barbecue area.The pool is immaculate and a great size.The cottage is in a rural setting, but there is a huge amount to do nearby with Chateaux that are loaded with history, and those loaded with Wine, if you are into Wine, I highly recommend the Caves Cathelineau.The hosts are so welcoming and helpful, they will happily provide you with a list of recommended places; all the ones we tried were great.Our only regret was not staying longer, we loved our time here and would have no hesitation in booking again

Lovely stay

Lovely, spacious house with a fabulous pool. Definitely one of the nicest pools we've experienced! The bedroom/ bathroom layout of the house wasn't quite what we expected but worked very well for us. Bedding and towels are an additional cost. Information on the nearest boulangerie would be a helpful addition! Overall a very enjoyable stay and we would definitely stay again.

Perfect Loire Valley getaway

We had a wonderful time at this house. There were only two of us but it can definitely accommodate a larger group. The house was just what we envisioned when looking to find a place in this area and it was just as pictured. Pascal and I believe his wife met us when we arrived and showed us around / gave us a tour of the house and property. The area seemed very centrally located to various day trips we wanted to take in the loire valley. This was a great house - we would definitely stay here again!

Great trip

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this spacious, well equipped property. Weather was fantastic which meant we could fully enjoy the beautiful swimming pool and garden. Very well situated for the town of Amboise and highly recommend visiting Villandry, Chenonceau and Chateau du Clos Luce - all within about 20 minutes. Bedding and towels are at an additional cost to arranged a few days before holiday starts. Watch out for the water display which starts every evening at 9:50pm in the back garden, gave us lots of entertainment especially if still on the patio. Hope to go back again soon.

Excellent séjour dans cette magnifique maison, décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Les extérieurs sont superbes : le jardin est très agréable et la piscine juste exceptionnelle. L'environnement est très calme, proche des chevaux et du Cher. Pascal est un hôte très sympathique, réactif et attentionné.Nous avons hâte de revenir !

Super week-end de 4 jours au sein de cette superbe maison décorée avec gout. Tout confort, avec tout ce qu'il faut. La piscine et le jardin sont super et avons pu en profiter. Maison parfaite

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette très belle maison bien rénovée et décorée avec goût. Elle est par ailleurs très bien équipée, il ne nous a rien manqué. Les enfants âgés de 3 et 7 ans ont adoré la piscine. Non seulement beaucoup de châteaux à visiter à proximité mais aussi une voie verte au bout de la rue idéale pour la petite balade digestive du soir. Si nous devons revenir dans la région, nul doute que nous réserverons à nouveau cette maison.

Séjour parfait

Maison idéalement située à 200 mètres des pistes cyclables permettant d'accéder à Tours, Amboise, Clos Lucé ou Chenonceau. Super bien équipée, diner sur la terrasse face à la piscine et les champs est un régal. Aménagée avec très bon gout, on s'y sent tout simplement très bien.

Merveilleux et calme séjour

Grande maison dans laquelle chaque couple a sa propre chambre à coucher et propre salle de bain. Belle terasse, piscine agréable, une vue imprenable sur le champs. L'emplacement idéal pour faire des ballades en vélo ou des promenades ou visiter des domaines de vin. Proximité du village à deux kilomètres et très bon boulanger. Propriétaire sympa et ponctuel.
