At first place this is not a spa hotel, having pool and massage didn't mak a spa hotel There is no hot water in the shower, typical for Mexico but not expected in a $400 a night hotel. My personal opinion, money for nothing.

El lugar es bonito, habitación hermosa, pero para lo que cobra el hotel sinceramente no hay una atención buena del personal, te atienden de mala gana, no son atentos, no te ofrecen nada; los masajes están muy equis para lo que cuestan. Si el personal fuera otro o cambiaran su atención sería muy distinto. Pedimos temazcal y dijeron que no tenían lugar disponible cuando si lo había solo no lo querían ofrecer. En recepción pedí alguna recomendacion de masaje y solo dijeron que leyera en la parte de atrás la descripción cuando no costaba nada explicar un poco. Siento que para ser un spa que uno va a relajarse les falta mucho la atención. El hotel está bonito e igual las instalaciones es solo el personal, la atención fue pésima.

Me encantó la comida, la limpieza de las habitaciones y las áreas verdes, además de la alberca. Todo el personal super atento y amable. Lo que no me gustó es que tengan sucia el área de estanques, ahí le falta mucho mantenimiento, el agua está sucia y llena de hojas.
