Beautiful romantic location. The food was great, the staff were attentive and very pleasant. The room came with a working fireplace and the hotel provided the firewood. The town of Tapalpa is nearby, great restaurants and street food!

Overall it’s good. The view of the restaurante and bar is beautiful. The hotel is about 15-20 min from Tapalpa center.

I do like the place, the whole scenery, the main building with the balcony to the open space of the Valley. The lake in the background made all a wonderful place to spend time with my significant other. It was a wonderful place for a romantic night. The only thing I did not like was not finding good service from the Dinner staff. They need to improve their promptness and service and be more attentive to customers ; training will be good idea in Order, so they can pay attention to all details and communication between the kitchen, and the Dining staff

Habitación muy limpia, en general todas las áreas muy bien cuidadas, el personal todos siempre muy atentos, amables, en el restaurante la persona de cocina muy atento en su atención al momento de explicarnos el platillo, la chimenea muy bien en la habitación nos dieron la leña suficiente para mantenernos calientitas, muy bonita la vista, montañas, lago, cielo....todo muy bien.
