"We only stayed at this hotel one night. We chose it because it was very close to the airport and we had a flight to catch. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Despite being near the hotel we never heard any noise from the planes taking off or landing. Good breakfast. "

"Nice clean hotel a short drive from Madrid Airport. A few local bars and restaurants close by, and a supermarket. The hotel had its own bar and restaurant. Excellent staff. Good value for the money, not high quality but a great place to stay."

"The only disappointment was that I chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport and that it had a shuttle service, however the shuttle was not available that early in the morning for me to use it for my 6am flight.
I wish the shuttle times were posted on the booking site."

"I was unable to go into the property i waited outside the property gate for almost 20mins in the cold thankfully a guest who was headed out opened the gate and that was how I was able to get into the properties concierge. And the WiFi kept disconnecting from my devices all the time I have to keep reconnecting over again from time to time. And then 3 days to the end of my stay at the property my room keys stopped working I went and on my way back on getting to the property my key didn’t work I had to stay out agin in the cold to wait for someone coming outside to open the gate to so I could go in to the concierge to complain about my keys failure to access me in. However I played lawn tennis and I was given access to play lawn tennis even though it wasn’t part of my room package but I was allowed to play the game with my husband thank you."
