One agent was helping someone with personal photos (putting them in between pieces of cardboard and then in envelopes, a little weird but ok) while the other agent watched what they were doing and eventually just wandered off. First agent was nice enough once she got to us. The room was clean and nice though and the bed was super comfortable, slept great. Would stay again if back in Astoria."
