Very friendly and helpful staff. We traveled with our dogs and the location was perfect, large garden out back and the Thames path 5 mins walk away. Hotel is historic but a little tired, worn carpets and numerous repairs to the plaster walls that had not been sanded or painted. Room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel was exceptional , the rooms were amazing and the food was 5star . The only issue we have is the manner that the head or I presume the head of service in the breakfast restaurant spoke to her staff . She in our view needs to put on a course for man management.
