"The hotel is filthy. The building is poorly constructed. The toilet wasn’t cleaned before check in & there was urine under the toilet seat. The shades didn’t work properly. The carpet wasn’t vacuumed. There was garbage behind the bed. The lock on the door was broken. The hallways smelled like curry and cigarettes. The manager had no interest in hearing any of this feedback and was unapologetic."

"I stayed from Wednesday through Saturday and had a wonderful experience. While there was no traditional front desk, communication was clear, timely, and easy to follow throughout my stay. The room was well laid out, well lit, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the secure coded entry system, which was much more convenient than carrying a key or access card. The bedding was clean, fresh, and soft, and the mattress was comfortably plush. Despite being on the street level, the room was surprisingly quiet. During my stay, I met one of the staff members, who was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The kitchenette was properly stocked with dishes, flatware, and everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bathroom was clean, bright, and well maintained. This isn't a luxury apartment, nor does it pretend to be. Instead, it's clean, quiet, functional, comfortable, and thoughtfully managed. Everything was clearly communicated, and the overall experience was friendly and hassle-free. I would happily stay here again."

"There’s hardly any parking for guests. You have to park on the street if the lot is full. All of the appliances made loud noises to the point where we had to unplug the fridge to get some sleep. Staff was unsupportive and unhelpful in resolving any concerns. In fact, the mangers Stephanie and Toni take turns passing tasks off to one another because neither are ever on the premises at the same time."
