"Beautiful, walkable, great amenities. Only negative: weird lighting in room/bathroom. Not bright enough and impossible to figure out the switches. Badly designed light scheme in a great space! "

"Everything was fine, room comfortable. Excellent shower! Breakfast (buffet) was somehow included and it was plentiful. Requested a decaf cappuccino and they got me one. They also remembered my request the following day! Drinks at the bar were good but a bit expensive (in CAD$)"

Staff extremely friendly and welcoming. Located only a short walk from the ferrys to the islands.breakfast was out of thos world.Fantastic choices everyday with spectacular service.This is the Hotel to choose if you are going to visit Lake Maggiore. "

"Amazing staff that cannot do enough for you, its a little out of the way with 4 restaurants nearby but the walk to them is not easy as there are few pavements on a windy road. But went to bellagio and varenna where its busier. I would recommend the hotel for a quieter location away from the busy crowds "
