"This was by far our favourite place during our trip to Italy. The location is perfect and quiet. Makes you feel like home away from home. Very cosy environment and close to everything. Good communication with the host Michele. We would go back anytime."

"Assisi is within walking distance (less then 20 minutes), which it makes the perfect location to visit this beautiful and well-restored town of San Francisco and Santa Chiara. The garden with its nice flowers and figs, tomatoes and olive trees create a comfortable and tranquil atmosphere. The house is spit in two apartments. We rented the lower apartment, which was very nicely restored with an eye for detail. We didn’t hear much of our neighbours from upstairs. We’ve shared the garden easily."

"The communication with the caretakers was very easy and quick, so no problems whatsoever. We arrived later than normal arrival hours so I had communicated it with them and as explained found the description and keys on the door, and a message to check if all was well, altogether very friendly and helpful."

"Communication with Alessandra was excellent both before and during our stay.The apartment is fully equipped with everything one could want. It is very tastefully decorated and the view of the countryside from the terrace is stunning. Available parking for one car on site is a nice bonus.The place is also within walking distance of all Assisi monument and restaurants.I would highly recommend booking this place."

"Geweldige locatie in een prachtig oud, Italiaans huis. Veel privacy en schaduw, heerlijk zwembad. De eigenaren Sylvia en Mario zijn vriendelijke en rustige eigenaren en delen veel info. "Well, all I can share is, that it’s the best place I’ve been so far in Italy, considering I’m on a budget. Super friendly staff and excellent and clean place. Love the old fashioned mixed with the modern appliances. Incredible view, delicious breakfast and lunch. Now considering this is a very touristic place prices are quite high in most restaurants. I had my most expensive dinner so far around 100 euros in another restaurant in town. Now it’s a very crammed city because it’s so old, so don’t try to drive on it if you have a medium size car, it’s a challenge. Just park in the parking lot at the entrance of the city and enjoy the exercise, lots of walking uphill and downhill. Lots of things to see in the small city. I can’t say it enough, it’s beautiful."
