L'Atelier is a large, cosy retreat for two, designed with an eco-friendly approach using sustainable materials and upcycling techniques that breathe new life into old furniture! Tastefully furnished and set in a lush, peaceful landscape! The sounds of birds and frogs, along with the sight of cows, horses, donkeys, and the owners’ three dogs grazing, will give you a taste of country and farm life! A magical place with soft lighting and tone-on-tone colours. We love that this studio is spacious and bright, with a cosy, cocooning loft—not to mention its all-inclusive package! It’s located at the starting point of a network of nature trails. The beautiful village of Assier is also accessible on foot or by bike (electric bike rentals available 20 km away). You can also book two other holiday rentals on the property, including one that’s attached but completely private (46G12328 and 46G12018). Don’t wait—come discover our magnificent region! 92 m² studio: Entrance hall with space to store bicycles; large 60 m² living area featuring a fully equipped, built-in kitchenette, a relaxation area, and a sitting area with a grand piano (Erard brand) opening onto a private 28 m² terrace (garden furniture, grill, and umbrella). Upstairs: a loft-style attic bedroom with a 160-bed, sofa, desk, ottoman, and blackout curtains and blinds; 1 shower room and a separate toilet. Wood-fired underfloor heating. Wi-Fi access. All-inclusive package. Enclosed yard of 70 m² with sun loungers. Private parking. Accommodation not suitable for guests with limited mobility. A natural swimming pond will open in 2027 (5x8 and 1.70m deep). The water will be tested regularly by the ARS every two weeks; if the pool is determined to be unsuitable for swimming, compensation will be offered to guests.
