Enjoy the first coffee of the morning sun on the small terrace with breakfast table in front of the house, overlooking the marina and harbour. Behind the house, the sun terrace opens up to the south-west, towards the beach. Relax and read a good book in the sun while the children play on the beach, play ball on the lawn or use the playground next to the house, and end the day with a delicious meal from the barbecue.



Visit the historic trading town of Assens and immerse yourself in its exciting history. Take a day trip by ferry to the picturesque island of Baagø. Pack a picnic basket and enjoy the unspoilt nature on the Helnæs peninsula while hiking or fishing.
