"We stayed at Park Pace Hotel just before the tourist season started. The property is bright and cheerful and well maintained. The room was lovely, clean and well appointed. We had a balcony room overlooking the beach and boardwalk. The staff was welcoming and cheerful. We especially appreciated the wonderful towel animals that had been laid out in our room. We had a wonderful stay and will stay here again. Highly recommend!"

"This is an older property that could use a few minor repairs but overall is still in good shape and is kept clean by attentive staff. The breakfast buffet was okay, nothing special but saved us time and money going out somewhere else. The cookies in the evening are a nice touch and tasty! They were replacing several noisy AC units while we were there so they are making some upgrades. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful."

"It was great to bring my pups. I went during the quiet season and loved the community and location. Spent most of our time in Assateague. OC and Berlin are very close. The view can't be beat. The rooms were clean and as described. I didn't want for anything while I was there. The host checked in during the visit and that was appreciated. "

"Rooms are very spacious. Beds are very comfy and bathroom was spacious. Porch was full of bird poop when we check in. They will also charge you 19.99 a day for parking that is not disclosed when you book through a 3rd party so be aware of that. "
