The Fashinghaus West condominium complex captures the classic charm of a ski lodge while offering all the modern comforts expected from a premium Aspen stay. Great Condo, Great Location

My husband and I went to Aspen Food & Wine with another couple, and we were very happy with our condo! It was spacious, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked. The location was extremely easy to walk to our events and just across from the St. Regis Hotel. Communication was great with the manager, and I highly recommend this place.

Perfect location

A group of us stayed here for a girls trip to Aspen and all agreed the condo was great. The location couldn't be better as it's close to everything all the restaurants and shopping in downtown Aspen and just steps from the St Regis and Aspen mountain, plus the host was very responsive and accommodating. Would highly recommend this stay

We had a wonderful visit..skiing and dining were excellent! The unit is located conveniently to town as well as the gondola. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed. We had a great stay and hope to come back!!

Good location and nice property

The apartment was spotless and very well equipped. The manager responded quickly when we requested sheets for the sofabed and a couple of extra towels, which was greatly appreciated. The only suggestion would be to have more ice trays, but overall, it was an excellent stay.

Great place, perfect location

Walking distance to everything we needed. Spent most of the trip working around town, but it was so nice to have a short walk back to the condo, rather than have to drive out of town. Wish we could have spent more time enjoying the property and the amenities.

Presidents’ Day ski weekend (4 adults)

The condo is clean and excellently located. Everything is a short walk away. It’s a 4-5 min walk to the gondola and you can ski pretty much right back to the unit. The beds were comfortable and linens clean. We were very happy with our stay! The one small downside is that with 4 people staying skiing the lack of a mud room forces the living room to become a bit crowded with lots of gear, ski bags, boots, drying coats, gloves, etc. The host was very responsive and kind! Overall would recommend.

Prime Aspen Stay

This property was perfect for a friend trip to Aspen (group of 5). In addition to ample bathroom/bedroom/common area space and comfortable beds, the property has a great location (within 3 blocks to bars, restaurants, and gondola). Would definitely stay here again.

Worked well for a family of four looking for a central Aspen location and a pool. It is a basement unit but with a walk out patio area to a nice pool and hot tub courtyard.

Great Place to Stay!

This apartment was truly perfect for our Aspen stay! The location is right next to the St. Regis and a 5 minute walk to the Aspen chair lift. I come to Aspen every year, so having this convenient location and space was the best that I've ever had! Everything felt clean and modern and it was a very great value for the price. My friends also said that the pullout was very comfortable. For a couple of days of the stay, we had 6 girls, and it still felt spacious enough for everyone. Akram was very communicative, nice and easy to work with from the moment I booked the VRBO. There is staff on-site to help, and also a really beautiful and nice pool and hot tub. It was a lot nicer in person than in the photos. Overall, it was a great time!! Thanks Akram!
