You'll have the entire condo to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Ski-in & ski-out on Aspen mountain. One block from town.

Best view and highest condo in downtown Aspen. But it is a hike to get there. 70 steps. It’s like a 5th floor NYC walkup. They didn’t make elevators is back in 60’s. If you smoke, overweight or have altitude problems, I would not recommend this condo. But I have adjusted the price to compensate for the steps. So you’re getting a great deal!

1 master bedroom (king size bed)/1 loft bedroom (2 twins), 2 bath condo.  Top floor! No stair master required for the week you visit! The floor plan covers 3 floors with the master bedroom and both baths on bottom floor. Kitchen/ living room middle floor. And sleeping loft above kitchen, top floor.

Master bedroom has a pillow top king sized bed. The loft is furnished with 2 twin-sized beds.

Achtung! Achtung! summer months of June, July, August the loft might become warm. Though, many people do use the upstairs loft and say it’s fine. There are 2 stand alone air-conditioners in the unit during the summer. One air conditioner is in the master bedroom. The other air conditioner is in the living room/loft area.

One parking space comes with the unit.

The master bedroom, living room, and loft have a view overlooking Aspen and the valley. You can watch snow storms come up the valley. It's magical. The living room has a wood burning fireplace (firewood furnished) , cable tv, high speed internet, couch, chairs and desk.  The kitchen is has counter seating and fully equipped kitchen. Guests can enjoy the new jacuzzi and heated pool. You can check out whose in the jacuzzi from your porch. I always look for hot guys. In the Summer, enjoy sitting on both porches.

Pack lightly or use reusable grocery bags to haul clothes up. Much lighter than suitcases.
 
Spend the day skiing, walking the town, shopping or attending fabulous events aspen has to offer.

Full length mirrors line the living room and master bedroom walls— so 80’s. Love it!

Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Condominium HOA rules. Also New rule by HOA Insurance- all renters must be age 25 or above.

City of Aspen regulations – only 4 occupants for this unit. Sorry.

This was just a couple blocks from downtown, so the location was amazing. The only downfall was that we had to climb three large flights of stairs with all our luggage!

The condo is very clean and in a great area. Ski locker and train to the gondola make it super convenient. Carol is very communicative and was helpful when needed!Ski home trail was a little difficult to find but was very convenient once we found it.

Aspen family ski vacation

We had a great vacation with our kids (8 and 11)! The hot tub and heated pool were right outside the condo, and the walk up and down was not bad. We skied in/out with the kids when we were at Aspen, and it was an easy walk to the bus to access the other mountains. The condo was perfect for our family of 4!

Great place to stay in Aspen!

Had a great time at this Vrbo. The host was communicative and friendly! She provided recommendations for food and hikes! The location is fantastic and walking distance from downtown. Will be going back :)

Beautiful views and walkable

We really enjoyed our stay in the hidden gem! The bright open spaces and large windows were completely appreciated. The bed was super cozy! We came to work remotely due the week and had a great time.

Condo worked out great. Easy ski in/out access to Gondola. A bit of a hike up the hill from town. Condo layout was a little funky with both bathrooms downstairs

We loved the location, about 5 mins walk from the center of town, and the views on the balcony were beautiful. The apartment itself was clean and more spacious than I was expecting from the photos.

Carol’s property was just what we needed! We could walk to town, enjoyed the hot tub, and the view of downtown Aspen. Tons of stairs as described but was not an issue for us. Great stay!

Great location and a welcoming experience

We stayed at this property for a summer wedding. The unit comfortably slept four, is neat and clean, and is well represented on the site. Our host was gracious, friendly and responsive. She communicated all the important details, and made our stay feel like a vacation.

Amazing stay for first trip to Aspen!

Had a wonderful stay at Carol’s property in Aspen. Very spacious condo in a wonderful location that was walking distance to everything. Property was clean and had everything we needed. Comfortable & Convenient

Comfortable accommodations a few blocks from downtown Aspen. Great view across the Roaring Fork Valley. Never had to move my car during the entire stay.

The unit is clean, in a fantastic location and very helpful owner, with great communication. The unit is a little quirky in its layout and the stairs up to the unit are indeed not for the feint of heart, but those are small details.

Great location, great views

Great stay and great location in Aspen. The condo was truly ski in/out though the trip back is definitely not a green run so you have to be comfortable with sharp narrow decent or side slide. Location was fantastic in terms of access to groceries, restaurants and shops. Pool and hut tub facilities were very nice. The condo is on the third floor which offers fantastic view of Aspen as well as the mountains across town. The third floor is a definitely hike up the stairs, but pace yourself and all is well.

Nicely appointed condo with hottub for apres ski. Only a 200 yard walk to aspen/ajax gondola. Be sure to read the owners description about the 70 steps you need to climb to reach the condo. Toting luggage up the stairs was a challenge but otherwise nothing not to like

Very clean, well furnished condo

The unit was very clean when we arrived. We got all necessary info before our arrival. Unit was well stocked with extra towels/pillows, paper goods, and even humidifiers! Getting the parking pass was easy, and even though the lot was small we always found a spot. The unit is on the third floor, so plan for stairs (wasn’t an issue for us, but we are used to the altitude).
