This property is professionally managed by Aspen Vacations. Our office is located at the Aspen Airport Business Center across the street from the Airport.

The unit is located on the ground level eliminating the need to clime stairs with luggage or skis. Provides all the modern conveniences including AC for the summer months, ski locker conveniently located next to the unit, two parking spaces at the building, two gas fireplaces and much more!

Located in the heart of Downtown Aspen, this condo is within walking distance to everything Aspen has to offer, including the gondola, restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and many hiking trails.



Getting Around:

Everything in downtown Aspen is easily accessible on foot.



If you prefer not to walk, the City of Aspen offers a complimentary, on-demand ride service called the Downtowner. It works just like Uber. Simply download the app and request a ride anywhere in town.



Located just a couple blocks away, the Ruby Park Transit Center offers convenient, complimentary bus service to the other three mountains (Aspen Highlands, Buttermilk, and Snowmass), as well as to the Aspen Airport. You can also ride down valley to popular destinations like the Glenwood Hot Springs. In the summer months, shuttles provide easy access to the Aspen Music Festival tent, making it simple to enjoy all the culture and recreation Aspen has to offer.
