Easy location to get around. Well equipped and nicely decorated. It is overlooking the road and some car noise is always present. Privacy also an issue.

Property is walkable to nearby grocery, shopping, a few blocks away from Aspen Mountain Gondola, unit is clean, though when i booked a package from Expedia, it was for 3 persons, so there is a queen size bed and the sofa bed, the sofa bed did not come with “bed sheet like” cover, they called me a week before my arrival to ask if there is anything i would like to request like pillows, so i asked if we could have 2 pillows each total of 6, on the day of departure they replied that the caretaker is away and there should be at least a minimum of 1 pillow each. Given that this is winter season, the person sleeping the sofa does not have a proper comforter. Temperature in the room sometimes can be so warm even though we have tried to adjust it to make it a little bit colder but still we felt warm. Overall the property is clean, nice water pressure, hot water is working, there is a smart TV where you can watch netflix youtube etc. property is 10 mins away from ASE airport, building is quiet and we slept nicely throughout the night. If im going back to Aspen i might try another property or book a hotel. But this property is worth trying especially if you are on a budget.

The studio was super clean and nicely decorated. It had everything we needed, a well-equipped kitchen, a fully stocked bathroom, and a super comfortable bed. It was just as described. We'd stay here again for sure.

Wonderful studio in a great location in Aspen. It was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning was a big plus as not all places provide that around here. Just a couple of streets away from the Gondola. The HOLT team was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended!
