Peggy’s place was gorgeous, luxurious, and so comfortable. I was blown away by the beautiful views over the valley. She was so sweet and helpful while we were there. The house is also in a wonderful location—easy to get to off the main road, and just a few minutes by car to City Market and the east side of town.

Beautiful house in walking distance of downtown Aspen

The house was utterly beautiful and luxurious. And Peggy, the hostess, was friendly and charming. We couldn't have asked for better lodgings.

Awesome ski stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Mason Manor. Location is great, about 5 min from Aspen mountain and buzzing Aspen downtown.Accommodation is extraordinary and Peggy is very communicative throughout the process.

Great Location!!

Great location close to town and ski areas! However, parking and access to the space was a bit challenging due to the hill.

Like home away from home

The property was furnished beautifully and tastefully, highlighting the expansive view of the valley. Peggy, our host, was extremely responsive and provided helpful and excellent restaurant recommendations. I stayed for 8 nights and am already planning to return for a longer stay.

Beautiful home

Loved staying here! It was clean, newly updated, very comfortable and had everything we needed. The view is gorgeous and the location was perfect. Peggy, the owner, is very sweet and my kids enjoyed playing with her adorable dog.

Amazing Place

We loved our stay. The house is breathtakingly beautiful and thoughtfully designed. It had absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our host, Peggy, is so nice and helpful and her dog Bentley is adorable. We had such a great time and would love to stay here again.

Views and sunshine!

This was a fabulous choice for me and a girlfriend needing a week to recharge. The property looks better in person - luxury comfort and it’s views and sunshine for days. We will for sure book again.

The place looked just like the pictures shown on the VRBO site. Great views and very up to date. Peggy was amazing and was very accommodating. It is very close to the bus stop which helps since parking in town is limited. We hope to go back!

Wonderful stay! Place exceeded expectations and was a wonderful match to the listing. Beds incredibly comfortable. Shuttles to town so convenient—use the text code and never wait! Peggy was very responsive to our questions as well.

Majestic Mountain Christmas

The home was exquisite and very chic. Our fabulous host was incredibly gracious and helpful and made our time that much more meaningful. Home was super comfortable and a short walk to everywhere! We had a magical Christmas in the breathtaking mountains. We will definitely be back!

Gorgeous views and you can walk to Aspen.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home with gorgeous Mountain View’s. We walked to town everyday to shop and eat. We could also walk to the grocery store. The home is elegantly decorated and relaxing. Peggy was very gracious and available to answer any question.

Amazing place to stay in Aspen!

The house was a perfect setup for our first skiing trip to Aspen. The homeowner was so sweet and was very easy to get a hold of. The house was absolutely beautiful and we loved the sweet dog Bentley that would greet us as we walked up to the house or left for the day. The views were amazing and the location was perfect to walk into town, perfect location from all the skiing and right off the road into town. No complaints- we highly recommend the stay!

Exquisite

This property is even more beautiful in person. It’s luxurious, comfortable and extremely regal. The owner is fabulous, so sweet and responsive. Her adorable dog, Bentley is a joy. The views are out of this world, and we will not stay anywhere else in Aspen!

Simply Fabulous!

We had the most amazing experience. We've already booked for next year! Our host, Peggy, was very helpful and friendly. And her side kick, Bentley (sheepdog) was so sweet and fun to enjoy hanging out with. This is the first VRBO that was actually even nicer the photos. The space is very tasteful designed with beautiful decor and the setting is just beautiful. Mason Manor is both elegant and comfortable. 100% recommend!

Great 9 days in Aspen

My sibling and I took our mom to her favorite city, Aspen, for 9 days. We stayed in this opulent house which includes the entire second floor. Peggy, who owns the house lives downstairs. She is very kind and has a loving sheepdog who is very friendly. The place is VERY comfortable and cozy with all the amenities for a lovely stay. The beds were comfortable and the living room was extremely cozy with nice furniture you could melt into. We are definitely going to try and stay here next year.

Spectacular Views

The space is on the second floor of Peggy's home. It is a spacious two bedroom/two full bath home with spectacular views of the mountains and valleys of Aspen. All the appliances and decor are top rate and closets extremely spacious. Peggy, who lives on the first floor, is a wonderful host and very responsive to every request. We had a very enjoyable stay. In the interest of full disclosure, the driveway which is steep and snow and ice covered proved to be a significant challenge for my California driving skills and the non-winter tires on my all wheel drive car. We solved the problem by parking in a space at the bottom of the driveway. Better, however, to have a car with good winter tires. Overall,I highly recommend Peggy's home

Beautiful interior but “fenced yard” was a death trap

We rented this place due to the ability to bring our 2 huskies up to Aspen for the July 4th holiday week. We paid the nightly premium so we didn’t have to board them. The explanation of the interior is spot on - beautiful decorations with an incredible view. However, the host did not show pictures of the backyard which is currently under construction. It was a complete death trap with a gazebo that had no fencing and no lighting. It rained the first two evenings and unfortunately she did not close the lower gate to her property. I tried to walk down the steep, muddy slope looking for our dogs and fell in the backyard. Honestly, it was not the relaxing vacation we paid for - renter’s looking for a dog-friendly place beware! Had the host been transparent about the backyard, we would have left our dogs at home.
