Deluxe private townhome minutes walk to Aspen Mountain skiing and downtown!

Perfectly located in central core Aspen this 3 bedroom,3 bathroom townhome is light, bright and only recently renovated. Only a few minutes walk to the Aspen Mountain gondola and all that downtown has to offer.
Upstairs are two generous bedrooms with king size beds and renovated en-suites with heated floors. The master bedroom has its own balcony which looks across towards Aspen mountain. There is another balcony adjacent to the second bedroom with views across to Red Mountain and overlooking the heated outdoor pool, generous spa and BBQ area.
The downstairs living area has a fabulous wood burning fire place with free wood outside the front door.
The third bedroom has two twin size beds and an adjacent bathroom with floor to ceiling marble.
Reserved car parking for one car is just out the front.

Please note rentals 30 days or more avoid all CO and Aspen taxes.

The location of the property is excellent - you can walk anywhere in town with ease. The value is exceptional in an otherwise very expensive area. This is my second stay at this property and I will definitely be coming back.

This location can't be beat. So close to everything. Unit was updated, extremely clean and spacious with all the amenities you could want. Property manager answered every question so promptly. Excellent property!

stay deluxe private townhome

It was a nice property with great proximity to ajax and the downtown. There was also a close by shuttle stop which was a quick ride to highlands. The inside was clean and the beds were comfy. Parking was a little tough since all the spots for the condominium were taken and we had to find street parking, but it was a holiday weekend so I am sure it was probably one of the busiest times of year.

Great Location

The location is excellent, only 1 1/2 blocks from downtown and a short walk to the gondola. You are also able to ski back to the condo. The bedrooms are big and accommodating. The kitchen is functional but not very big. There are no ski lockers which is a bummer because they can take up a lot of room with boots & poles from 5 people. Overall I would definitely recommend this condo.

Aspen townhouse

Door code and trash code should be available on app. Too many managers to keep track of. When I messaged on the app no one responded. I never really knew of one was owner and one was manager, etc. The townhouse and location are wonderful.
