Super-Fun Week in Aspen

This is a clean, well-furnished unit with enough space for four and good wooded/partial mountain views. The office staff, drivers, and cleaners were all friendly and helpful. It's a relatively easy (downhill) walk to town, and a bit harder (uphill) walk back to the unit. Overall, a really nice get-away.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I , along with our two adult sons stayed at Aspen Alps #407 in late September. We were pleased with this unit and would recommend these accommodations.-easy check-in with friendly staff on-site. They called after we settled in and asked if we needed anything.-clean unit: the staff came by and cleaned the unit after our first night of the two night stay. Similar to a hotel stay in that regard-great location - we walked into town daily, no need to drive-unit is easy to access from parking lot with no stairs to climb to get into unit. Bedrooms are on first level, each with a full bathroom . The kitchen & living room are upstairs along with a 3rd full bathroom - most other units are 2 bed/2 bath. Unit was clean , kitchen was set up for cooking and entertaining. Outstanding feature was the 3 outdoor decks, each with plenty of room.

The ski in and ski out was really cool. They have a daily cleaning service. I do think that there should be more lights in the bedrooms. The shuttle service was very convenient. Also you get a daily Wall Street journal.

Nice Condo; Great Service

We enjoyed this two bedroom condo with three full baths. The only issue was noise penetration from the adjacent unit at the lower master bedroom level. Management was notified and took action to redress. Bell/valet/shuttle staff were wonderful and front desk and fitness room personnel were also helpful and friendly. It is a fairly steep walk up the road to this unit in the 400 building and the road ices over at night, but shuttle drivers are usually present to give a lift. Ski access was great and the unit while a but worn is comfortable and as represented on the website. The fitness room is very well equipped and well maintained, and the pool is heated and great for swimming after skiiing. (The hot tub is small and gets very crowded.) We would recommend for anyone who is not concerned with the "hike" up to the unit.

Only complaint was noisy abutting downhill unit that had TV on late evening and early morning at high volume clearly audible in our bedroom. Bathroom grouts were failing and dirty in some locations.
