"The place is a beautiful setting and everyone was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was fair, they were tons of flies. The biggest drawback is the lousy road full of potholes and only one lane leading up from the main road. Unfortunately my weather was not be best but imagine the view to be spectacular in good weather. Worth a visit."

We booked a afternoon safari and got to see all the animals on our list including leopard mother and cub.
All round good value for money and near to the park"

"Beautiful experience. Incredible views. Hospitality was outstanding. Dinner was delicious. Overall, the experience was worth every penny. It was cold of course, so pack warm. And if you’re going to check in at 2pm, I suggest bringing some snacks to tie you over until dinner; although, dinner, and late night snacks were great!"

"Wonderful unique experience with excellent staff and attention to detail. Fabulous lantern lit dinner. Kid’s thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon safari. Comfortable air-conditioned rooms in the trees. I wish we could have stayed longer. "

"So it turns out this property (Mahoora Tented Safari Camp) is exactly the same as the similarly named 'Big Game Camp'. Don't be fooled by the location on hotels.com map - they are one in the same place. But one costs 9x more than the other one. Yes. 9 times more.
