Come experience Asheville and stay at this brand new constructed (2022) property, Way Downtown! One of ten beautifully constructed villas located in the enclave of The Fold at Reynolds Mountain, this 3 level house was inspired from the Appalachian folk song that is popular in the area. Located in the Reynolds Mountain community, you're a short walk to the dining and shopping adn you're just 10 minutes to downtown Asheville and close to the many shops, galleries and restaurants!
You are greeted with the charm and warmth as soon as you walk in. Along with all of the modern amenities, you will enjoy an open floor plan with living space featuring a gas fireplace and large smart tv. The kitchen provides high end appliances and everything you need to make your favorite recipes. The back porch is a great place to take in the mountain air and you have your own private hot tub!
The guest rooms are located on the second and third level, each has their own bathroom for privacy and smart tv for everyone's enjoyment. The third level also has a den, which is a perfect place to relax and read a book. You will feel right at home and won't want to leave! Stay with us to add to your memories of your special trip!

Quiet Policy: Please note that the home is located in a very quiet community. Parties, loud noise and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords.
Pets: This home and property are very dog friendly, and guests are welcome to bring their "best friends" with them. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $130 with a limit of 2 dogs per booking party.
Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.

Note: Reservations over 30 days are subject for review prior to acceptance. A separate rental agreement will be required for 90+ day stays.
Last Minute Bookings: Reservations made within 7 days of check-in require additional verification, including selfie/photo of government-issued ID matching the reservation name, and photo of payment method in the primary guest's name. Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation.

Lovely space! We came into town for a concert and to see the Biltmore at Christmas. Property was 10 minutes from everything, very clean, and host was very responsive. We will plan to return for our next trip.
The house was clean, beautiful, and centrally located!! Four friends with their own bedroom and bathroom....perfect!!! We will definitely stay here again!!
This property was well stocked and in an amazing location. The property management group is very responsive and incredibly helpful for everything I needed. If you are looking for a comfortable place to stay that is convenient to both Asheville and Weverville then look no further.
This was a perfect house in a central location for our family of 6. We were able to easily get to BiscuitHead for breakfast, the Craggy Mountain Railroad is just across the street, convenient to Biltmore, and downtown Asheville, and there’s a cute coffee shop a few steps away down the hill from the house.
It was so much more than I imagined. The house was just simply gorgeous. So cozy and comfy. The living space was immaculate and short walk to restaurants.
This is a great location for various day trips, including hiking and touring downtown Asheville. There are several restaurants within walking distance to grab a quick bite to eat or a cup of coffee. The house is modern, clean and comfortable. It was the perfect layout for us and our three adult children. The hot tub was definitely a plus, especially after our longer hikes.
Three girlfriends decided to visit Asheville and it was our luck to have run across these fabulous Yonder properties. The condo was well equipped with everything one would need, clean as a whistle, nicely laid out for 3 ladies, each with their own ensuite and quiet as can be. Location is great, surrounded by up and coming businesses. Easy access into downtown Asheville and the Biltmore House. Restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Management met our every need and were a delight to work with. I would definitely stay here again.
This house has a perfect lay out. Each bedroom has its own full bath, plus a half bath on the main floor. Bedrooms are on 2nd and 3rd floors (2 on each floor). The house is new, very clean and well appointed. It had everything we needed. It's not walkable to downtown but is a very quick drive or uber/lyft ride. It's located in a sort of mixed use neighborhood with other townhouses around it and a small retail business area within walking distance. Very quiet. The only thing that this place lacks is a view and that is the reason for my overall rating but I would absolutely stay here again.
This place worked out great for our small family Christmas trip! We were able to cook, play games and it was also convenient to several key places like Grove Park Inn and Biltmore.
The way downtown was even more beautiful in person for my husband’s birthday trip. We enjoyed the hot tub almost every day we were there. It is conveniently located close to stores and all the activities we wanted to enjoy. The neighborhood was nice and quiet for the entire stay even during the non-quiet hours. If we are in the Asheville area again we all agreed that we would stay here again and again!!!
Way Downtown was an immaculate and well stocked home. It was perfect for our family group. The kitchen (though we mainly ate out as there are fantastic restaurants in Asheville) had all you might want to prepare meals. The location was in a quiet neighborhood and yet very convenient to Asheville, about a 10-minute drive. Our family highly recommends this as a perfect vacation home.
