The place was great! Very spacious and clean. Host was very attentive throughout the booking to check-out process. Amazing location - short drive from main restaurants
We loved this house! It was exactly as pictured and the host, Mitch, was so personable and professional and very welcoming. All of the resources were provided and we had the best time! This is our favorite place to stay when visiting Asheville.
Perfect for our group of 4 adults and two children, would be ideal for anyone looking to enjoy Asheville from a serene, beautiful and comfortable home base.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. The home was beautiful, clean, and in a great location! Mitch was very helpful and accommodating during our stay.
We really enjoyed our stay! Mitch provided wonderful dining suggestions and we sampled five of the nearby restaurants he recommended. Breakfast at Sunny Point Cafe and dinner at Jargon were probably our favorites. The house is lovely and inviting! Highly recommend!
We so enjoyed our weekend in Asheville! The house is beautiful! And we loved being able to walk to the grocery store and great restaurants nearby! We will definitely be back!
This home was the perfect setting for peaceful evenings after our days spent in the Asheville area and at the Biltmore Estate. We loved the decor, cozy furnishings, cleanliness (super clean!) and location. Our host was incredibly kind and offered lots of wonderful suggestions for places to eat and things to do in the area. We would love to come back and stay here again!
Excellent property - clean, modern, comfortable, quiet and close to everything. Walking distance to nearby restaurants, downtown is a quick car trip (few minutes). House is beautiful with lots of natural light. Great location to serve as home base for exploring Asheville area!
Very comfortable home withots of room for cooking, hanging out and being together. Beds and bathrooms were clean and inviting. Having a short walk to the grocery was a bonus! We enjoyed Chihuly exhibit and Biltmore home.
Very modern, updated property. Great for families as its one level. 3 choices of coffee makers, fenced in yard including wild bunnies, and 2 gates in the property for additional privacy. I love its long driveway away from the main road makes it secluded and quiet away from the street. Very clean, huge soaker tub. I recommend it!
We were fortunate to find this property ahead of a post holiday trip to Asheville. The home was nicely appointed and was in excellent and clean condition with a modern, clean ambiance. The location was perfect with easy walking access to West Asheville and a short drive everywhere else in the city. The host, Mitch, was very accommodating and a pleasure to interact with. We look forward to returning to this home on a future visit to Asheville.
Been to Asheville a number of times— always stayed at the resorts. No more! This property was so well done and supported by a great owner. Can’t wait to get back. Great location, amenities, and always felt like home!
My wife and I stayed at the house for a few days. Walking distance to great restaurants and only 10 minutes by car to downtown. The house is very new and contemporary, tucked away and quiet.
I highly recommend.
We loved our stay at this home in Asheville! My husband, myself and our golden retriever had a 3 night night stay. The fully fenced yard (when the front gate is closed) was a great feature. Very comfortable home that had everything we needed, and close to everything! Host was very responsive to any question we had. Would stay here again!
This beautiful new house has everything you need for a lovely and relaxing stay. We loved walking to nearby restaurants and appreciated the grocery store just down the block. Mitch was super friendly and accommodating and easy to communicate with. We loved our stay and hope to come back soon!
We came in for a bachelorette party and the owner and house could not be nicer! The decorations are beautiful and the flexibility he allowed for check out was very nice. It’s close to downtown and we had no issues whatsoever! I highly recommend staying here, it was perfect! Thank you so much!
