Come see why so many guests rebook this home over and over again. There is one dedicated parking spot for this condo; any additional vehicles must park elsewhere.

This condo is located in a secured building that is only accessible with the lobby and parking garage access codes; you will receive these upon booking confirmation. The elevator opens to the garage and lobby for convenient access from your vacation rental. There is ONE dedicated parking spot for this condo; any additional vehicles must park elsewhere (no exceptions). Information for additional parking is available from our office.

This unit is pet friendly. There will be a $75 non-refundable pet fee. This will not be included in your payment. Guests will need to contact Towns Property Management, Inc. to provide a credit card for this fee. If Towns Property Management, Inc. has not received this payment prior to check-in, they reserve the right to cancel the reservation and no refund will be issued to the guest.
