About this property

Cozy cottage minutes from downtown Asheville with a countryside feel

  • Come relax in this cozy cottage in the historic Chunns Cove community, conveniently located only 3 miles from downtown Asheville. The perfect size for an individual or couple, this retreat offers a uniquely decorated and well appointed interior, with the feel of an English country cottage on the exterior. Queen size bed with plush bedding, comfy chaise lounge in the sunny reading nook, and kitchenette that doubles as flex work space with bar stools.

    Please read before booking!
    The bathroom has a shower and toilet, however the only sink is located in the kitchen. Also being as this space was built when folks were a bit smaller, please note the shower measures 77” high (6ft 5”) but the shower threshold measures just 65” (5ft 5”) high, so some folks will need to duck under to enter! See bathroom section for more details.

    There are 2 Adirondack chairs in the yard with a fire pit for your enjoyment. Please supply your own wood and make sure fires are completely extinguished.

    The driveway is paved and is a shared circular parking area. Some guests with large trucks or SUVs have noted it can be difficult to maneuver, so just keep that in mind if you drive a larger vehicle. Mid size SUVs do not seem to have issues (host drives a Trailblazer and have no problems).
