The building is secured with lobby and parking garage access codes, which are provided upon booking confirmation. An elevator provides easy access from the private garage to your floor — no hauling bags up stairs after a long drive. The dedicated parking spot is included, a genuine rarity in downtown Asheville. Additional parking information is available if needed. Loved this rental. Perfect Location to downtown Asheville. Easy walk to several restaurants and bars. Clean and comfortable. Will rent this unit again when we are back in town.
This property is centrally located. Many restaurants and local sites within walking distance. Having a private garage and entrance was great and felt safe. The decor is beautiful modern and comfortable. I had a problem with check in, my fault; but the property manager replied quickly and showed concern for my well being. I would recommend this place without reservations. First time I have felt so positive about a VRBO.
Very clean and well maintained. Excellent location. Sophie will be at college in Mars Hill and we will definitely be back to stay on trips up to see her. Our only problem was that we have two cars and keeping up with parking for the second one was a bit of a pain. Totally not your fault though, thank you.
We had a wonderful four day stay in this condo in Asheville. The unit is well located and is only a 7 to 10 minute walk from downtown. We enjoyed the balcony which has a great view of the mountains. The designated, secure, parking space is a real benefit. The bathroom has a large, walk-in shower and great large towels. The bedroom has outlets on each side of the bed, which is great for plugging in devices. The building is very quiet, and the hallway appears to have new paint and carpet. A security code, which is provided by the owners is needed for getting in the building and using the elevator. We like this level of security; it was not an annoyance. in addition to downtown Asheville, we went to the nearby, North Carolina Arboretum, and the UNC Asheville Arboretum. If baseball season had started while we were there, we probably would have gone to an Asheville Toutists game. We definitely plan to stay at this condo again. Next time we come to visit Asheville. It is a good value for the money. Jim and June

This unit is in a great location for downtown access and easy access to other parts of town. The secure, inside parking was also a nice addon. The bathroom is huge. New and high end appliances made this feel like a luxury place at a very reasonable price.
It was in the perfect location being within 30 minutes of several popular attractions such as Lazoom bus tours, breweries, and the Biltmore. Our rental was clean and nice with great morning views of the mountains
We loved our holiday weekend here. It’s just enough room for two. The location is PERFECT...we were able to walk everywhere. It’s nicely furnished. And it’s very secure. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a nice property with good space and nice, upscale finishes. There were a few maintenance items that had been neglected but, overall this was a great option for our short 2 night stay. Instructions for accessing the property were good and everything worked as advertised.
The view was fantastic from the condo, yet I could still walk through downtown. It was exactly what I was wanting location wise to get the most out of Asheville. I took a trip by myself and loved that every part of the building was secure and could only be accessed with a code.
The property was in a central location for downtown restaurants, close to McCormick field which was the reason for our visit.
Bed was extremely comfortable. We had an issue with dryer which was taken care of right away.
Definitely worth the stay
We stayed because they accept pets and we paid for having a pet, but our dog stayed with our daughter. This would have been fine for a pet. We enjoyed the condo. Everything was great. I cannot believe the amount of storage! We didn't do any real cooking but everything was there if we wanted to. Everything was comfortable and we were provided all we needed. The location of the condo was perfect. In just a few minutes we could walk to whatever location we wanted. We loved the parking, knowing our car was inside. When we come back to Asheville we will absolutely stay here.
The property was exactly as advertised. No more than a 10-12-minute walk to all the downtown area restaurants. Close to a park as well with a few hiking trails. Also only a 10 minute drive to the entrance of the Biltmore estate. Nice to have covered parking. I’d stay here again. Highly recommend.
