    Quaint stone & rock cottage conveniently located 3 miles from downtown Asheville and Weaverville; close to I-26 and I-240; separate entrance to new redecorated 2-bedroom apartment; owner live above the ground-level apartment, plenty of parking. So close to downtown, good restaurants, shopping and major attractions yet in a quiet residential area. Wolf Laural 30 minutes away. Blue Ridge Parkway is near by too. Lot of places to hike and trail mountain bike.
