Very good location with easy access to downtown Asheville. Andy and Dee were warm and friendly and made us feel at home. It is a basement apartment but there was plenty of room and it was very clean.
It was nice staying in the downstairs suite. The area was very clean and nicely decorated. Andy met us upon arrival to help answer any questions during checkin which was nice. The space is connected to the upstairs where our host stayed, but we're had our own entrance through the car port. It was nice there were multiple entrances to the shared bathroom, so we're did not have to go through the bedroom that is connected to it. It was nice to have there privacy of 2 rooms for 2 couples, but the 2 rooms do share a wall/ door so we could hear our friend's snoring in the room next to us. It was a very convenient location that was a short drive/ uber to downtown Asheville.
My friend and I stayed here for nearly three months during our travel nursing contract in Asheville. Our hosts were always available and accommodating to our needs. They also provided great suggestions on hikes and restaurants around Asheville. We would stay here anytime we are back in town.
Old friends from Missouri stayed at this property and found it to be perfect for our 8 day mini-vacation to Asheville. Everything was very clean and our concerns about it being warm enough were quickly resolved. It was toasty with very comfy beds and nice kitchen/laundry amenities. The location was very ideal for not only getting into the heart of the city, but a comfortable distance to various hiking destinations along the Blue Ridge Parkeway. Thanks for the lovely stay!

Very clean but not in the mountains
Very clean, owner very accommodating, location close to the Biltmore but the rental is located in an industrial area with no mountain view. Picture of rental were a bit deceiving.
Don’t think I read the fine print beforehand. Picture shows this cute stone house but we were in basement apartment. It was certainly adequate but not much ‘charm’, as I was thinking more of a mountain cabin. But very clean. Due to COVID, we did a lot of cooking.
Convenient location to absolutely everything but beautiful setting in a quiet area. Home and grounds were beautiful. Plenty of room inside...large bathroom with double sinks. 2 great queen beds and a very nice futon in the huge living room. Kitchen had everything including top of the line washer and dryer. Thanks Andy and Dee for immediate responses to any questions and for complete privacy as well.
