  • 4-story townhome located in the South Slope district of downtown Asheville. equipped with a private elevator for convenient access to all floors and a roof-top patio
    You`ll step right outside your front door to local breweries, restaurants, and spas while also conveniently located to the Biltmore Estate and the Blue Ridge Parkway.
    Security cameras, for your safety, are located at the front and back exteriors of the property. This is a residential complex; please be mindful of your neighbors.


    There are two parking spaces included with the unit. One located in the private garage (6`8 H, 8`6 W, 17` L) and the other located in an assigned space behind the townhome.
