"If you head into the garage from the back side you need to go up a couple levels to check in. Not a lot of signage to help you figure it out c other than that, awesome staff, location and room."

"Hotel on the outside looks a bit dated. FourPoint sign looks like it is 100 years old but the room was great, clean, updated, shower was good. Zero complaints about the room itself. A little TLC on the outside of the hotel would help, The location is great, free parking, walkable to everything in downtown Ashville. They charge $16pp for breakfast which we did not do so I can't rate the breakfast. Only negative was the front desk staff (Jen?) I am sure she is a nice person but she shouldn't be the front facing person for customer service. Not very friendly, very curt, and didn't seem capable of smiling."

"My feet slipped on the tile floo and I hit my head hard on the bedside Stan and my head wedged between the stand and the bed. This twisted my back and I felt it immediately. I was in huge pain. "

"Staff was very friendly, the hotel was very clean. The room was comfortable and a good size. The location of the hotel had great bars and restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend it. "

"I enjoyed everything about my stay except the parking, or lack of. To even get to the main entrance you have to navigate a tiny, difficult circle. If even one other vehicle is unloading it becomes a mess. I'm sure that it's mentioned in the property description but weary drivers who are fans of this chain typically, will not understand that it's either valet, on public street or in public parking garage-parking. If you're comparing rates while inbound to Ashville you would think theirs to be extremely reasonable compared to neighboring properties. But with the added valet fee their prices are the same or higher than neighboring properties. Again, the staff, style and condition of the property were top notch. It's just the parking that sucks. "
