"Great check-in service. Nice that they offered drinks and food at 5, although our schedule was so that we weren’t around then. Nice place. Good neighborhood. "

"Lovely breakfast each morning and friendly hosts. Beautiful property in a very quiet neighborhood. Only drawback is it's a tad off the beaten path from restaurants if one doesn't have a car and wants to walk out for dinner."

DoubleTree by Hilton Asheville Downtown
10/10 Excellent
"Very clean room, super friendly and helpful staff, and the warm cookies at check-in were AMAZING!!! Will definitely be staying at a Double Tree again."
"Great location, great service and very good valet. Spacious room with sofa, sitting chair and a large bathroom. Because of the concrete construction and all wood floors the room and common areas on the guest floors are kind of loud. "
"Staff were very pleasant, friendly and helpful. I'd like to give a special shout out to Bethany at the front desk who helped me with an issue that arose due to my using an outside booking company. She was great!"
"So impressed with this hotel! The suite was spacious and the bed was SO comfortable. They have beautiful decor and modern rooms. They provide complimentary breakfast treats delivered to your door in the mornings. Highly recommend!"
